Great condo and location

Sunrise Beach Resort was just as advertised. Great location, the condo unit we stayed in was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and the check in process and communication with the owner was very easy. The pools were well maintained and very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCB!

We would be glad to come back. Lovely beach access. Gorgeous white sandy beach. Great view. Relaxing atmosphere.

Great view and excellent location

We loved the condo and being so close to the beach. Everything was great inside and we could not have asked for a better stay. Pots and pans where in bad shape but other then that several family meal cooked there. Just the right amount of space for all 7 of us.

Family Beach Vacation

Everything was great, especially communication with the owner. The only disappointing item was that check in was at 4pm local time and the cleaning crew did not leave until 5:15pm

Location and condo were great!

We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect. The heated pool was awesome and the hot tubs were nice. The workout room was fully equipped with everything needed for a good workout too. Suggestions for owner: leave more than 2 half rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher detergent, and zero coffee filters. These essentials are needed during week long stays. During previous stays at other locations, these were provided. We will be returning, thank you!

Thank you for staying at our property. Your feedback is much appreciated. As per our property description, We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Your suggestions about the coffee filters is a good idea. I will look into it.

Floors chaor and umbrella rental person

Over all we loved our stay ,and would stay again for sure .With that being said the floors were gross like they are being mopped with a dirty mop we couldnt even walk barefooted they felt greasy and made our feet black,also the man who you get umbrellas from is a rude punk thats all i can say about that .Thank you for all the great communication and we will be back Denise Walter and Family

We have been to PCB for the last 5 years, two of them were at another condo in sunrise so we decided to come back and try this condo. We were very disappointed in how outdated most of the items in the condo were. The fridge water/and ice were not properly working which the owner offered to send out maintenance but we weren’t comfortable having that during our stay. The toaster was broken, there was very little kitchen items available and most were not big enough to cook for our family of 5. It was missing some of the items that other condos had provided like a keurig and oven mitt to name a few. A couple of the chairs in the living area had broken legs so we didn’t have much seating options other than the couch that held 3 people. The outdoor patio where we spend most of our time had very outdated furniture that wasn’t comfortable for long term seating. Overall the place was okay but we would not recommend unless there was some much needed updates.

Property was nice overall and the location was great.

This condo was pretty nice overall. The location and parking as well as proximity to the beach were better than we could have asked for. With that being said there were a couple of things that stood out. Our biggest issue was that the doors to the balcony do NOT lock. With have two children under age 5 with one of them being under two, this was a big issue, and if we had the option again we would choose another condo until they’re older. Also, the floors were dirty and the WiFi in the condo was abysmal. However, with that being said the rest of the condo was great overall. Everything was provided to get us going and all needed info was provided prior to check in. The rest of the condo amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, etc...) were a great added bonus.

Thank you for your feedback but I would like to respond to a couple of your points. The balcony door lock works as designed. I had the maintenance person verify that it locks properly. The complex upgraded its wifi network last year and performance has improved tremendously. As included in our arrival instructions, there is a 800 number you can call to have them reboot the signal or have any issues with the wifi. I wished that any of these points were communicated to me during the stay and I would have addressed it right away.

We had a great time. This condo had everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing. Restaurant in walking distance it was just perfect

Sunrise Beach Vacation

Had a great time. Condo was clean and convenient. Elevator times were no problem at all. Proximity to beach was perfect for last minute beach walks. Will definitely stay here again!

2022 fam Vaca 😀

Sunrise beach resort was what we needed. It had been 3 yrs since we took a vacation. clean, had all the starter supplies like (toiletries, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent ( but I bought a small liquid detergent just because of the frequency of me washing), enough towels for a family of 6 but no beach towels so make sure you bring your own or buy from there the condominium is just 3 min away from Walmart and target or a few local stores that are walking distance. With the unit you get two cheslongs and a beach umbrilla any extra there is a charge. Overall great place and most definitely we will come back to unit 1202 in Sunrise beach resort 🙂

Home away from home

What a FANTASTIC place to stay. Everything you could want in a place that you did not own. If I had to complain about something It would be the 2 chairs in the living room were not comfortable to sit in. And one thing you have no control over is the wait on the elevators during peak times. Otherwise it cannot be beat...PERIOD!

Upgrades needed

Lamp shades had mold on them. Ran out of hot water. Kitchen sink faucet broken, but the repair person responded very quickly. The washing machine did not agitate. Couch cushions are broken down - extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The apartment did not have any extra blankets.

Beautiful view of the ocean

This is a lovely, spacious condo. It does need a little updating, but, overall, we enjoyed it immensely.

Great condo and great location

Spent 6 days with family at this condo and we felt like we were home. The condo was fully furnished for our needs. We will definitely use this rental when we return.

Get a new mattress

The mattress is the master bedroom needs replaced. The bed itself was noisy, but the mattress was terrible. I almost consider trying the pullout couch to see if it was any better.

Nice place and great location

We really enjoyed our family vacation and stay here. Great location, amazing view from condo of the ocean. The master bed was a little wobbly and squeaky. But, it wasn’t something that we couldn’t deal with. The biggest complaint was the elevator wait time. Everything else was wonderful. Communication with the owners was great and quick!

Great view

Clean and comfortable condo. It is just as pictured. The only thing It needed was maybe new skillets, kitchen towels and dish cloths and that’s just being picky. Having covered parking was amazing. We loved it and would definitely go back!
