Unit 65- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Views. | This two bedroom, two-bath condo is located on the sixth floor of our Grand Tower and has been recently renovated. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy Siesta Key's gorgeous sunsets! Because of our location, it is only a few steps to our white quartz beach and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for your Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom includes a comfy king size bed, a 37 inch TV, and a walk-in shower in its en suite bath. The guest bedroom has two comfy queen sized beds, 32 inch TV, and a shower/tub combination in the en suite bathroom. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service and high speed internet for your enjoyment. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking--pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig Coffee machine. This condo has ceramic tile flooring throughout and a screen patio that allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Family spring break
The unit was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The location is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The property is large so if using the Bayside pool and hot tub it's a walk (we drove😊) but worth it!. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay. Unit was clean and we love the area. This was a return trip to Siesta Key and although we had cold weather it was still enjoyable!

Beach vacay
Well-maintained, older property. It is unfortunate that the pool is so far away from our condo in the tower. The ocean, though, was lovely with a nice breeze.

The unit was clean and beds were comfortable which is always important to us. Really liked the security of the grounds. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach and the view from the condo of the water was great! Will definitely be back!!

We stayed at the Tower at Palm Bay Club. The unit was pefect, clean, had everything we needed, good water pressure, comfortable beds. The pools, access to the beach and the trolley and very friendly staff, especially the security guards. We will be back!
