CapeSide Breeze ² is less than two-minute walk to the Gulf on a private road to our deeded beach boardwalk. Cape SideBreeze ² replaced completed May 2026 and replaced our loved mobile home that did sit on the lot. CapeSide Breeze ² has all you need for an affordable beach vacation.
CapeSide Breeze ² has a very private shaded lot with pines and palms for you to enjoy. Our beach getaway comes with a large Gulf view from the porch along with a picnic area with a charcoal grill, and outdoor shower. Our home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home that was completed in 2026. We have a flat-screen TV, Wifi, full kitchen including dishwasher but we do not have a washer or dryer available for use. The home has a great view of the gulf and bay, from inside the home and the porch that wraps around on the front and side, Our getaway is located 3 miles from the beautiful St. Joseph State Park. CapeSide Breeze ² has a privacy fence along the back and side of the property along with the trees this gives you a secluded feel, yet so close to everything including the beach.
CapeSide Breeze ². has plenty of parking for >23' boat with boat ramp located at the park. Call ahead so we can leave the back gate open for your boat. You can fish in the bay or walk the 1.32-minute walk to the beach and fish in the surf.
At Cape San Blas there is a nine-mile biking trail, with bike and kayak rentals available within walking distance. Shelling, bird watching, horseback riding and snorkeling. Cape San Blas is a family-oriented town. If you are looking for privacy with a quick stroll to the beautiful Gulf we are what you are looking for. See more pictures on Facebook. Panama City is approximately a one-hour drive. Historic Apalachicola is less than 30-minute drive and has many choices for fresh seafood restaurants. Port St. Joe is only a 20 minute drive.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location! The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch for sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails at night.

Cute Beachside Cottage

Check in was easy and right on time, and all necessities were in the house and provided. The house was clean, charming, and everything worked.

Great getaway!
Enjoyed our vacation, the rental was very clean and just steps from the beach. Wanda is great with answering any questions you may have, would rent again.

Best little place on the Cape

Sisters' Getaway
Lovely property location. Cottage was very cozy, private, and clean. Great access to the beach. Wanda was a wonderful host and responded immediately to any questions or concerns.

Perfect getaway
This was the perfect spot for my husband and I. We loved everything about it! Convenient location and a short easy walk to the beach. This rental was absolutely spotless and well equipped.

Peace and Tranquility
This cute cottage, so close to the Gulf was perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. The beach is steps away, dog friendly and NOT crowded. The outdoor shower was a bonus!

Perfect Oasis
The property is positioned in a private setting with a cozy home. The location is perfect being a short walk to the beach, shopping and food. The home is very clean and well kept. We will be staying again at Caoeside Breeze.

Great visit.
Location! Location! Location!!!!!! This home was very clean and the owners were very good with communication. We fell in love with Cape San Blas.

Capeside Breeze Exceeded Expectations!
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. It's a quick minute walk to the beach. The cottage is a hidden gem, surrounded by greenery and totally private. We are looking forward to our return visit.

Great Place!
The property was very nice. To be in a busy area, it was very private. We loved the outdoor shower, screened in porch and the picnic table. The owner was great and response time was almost immediate if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

My home away from home.
It is a very nice place, with everything that you need. I feel like it's my home away from home. Not far at all from the beach just walking distance.

The best vacation
Cape side breeze was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! Everything was perfect and everything we could have asked for! Everything was clean and they had everything you could need for your stay and it was just a short walk to the beach it was so beautiful and we can’t wait to come back again!

We are a family of 3 my husband, our daughter and myself. We live and work in Middle Tennessee. We purchased CapeSide Breeze in December 2017 and have loved the Cape ever since. CapeSide Breeze ² was built May 2026, on our lot where our previous mobile home stood. We are super excited about our new home and the beautiful views we now have since we built our home on stilts. Our family enjoys going to the beach and coming down as often as possible. We love beach vacations with the Old Florida Charm, and we feel that Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe have it. Our family vacations have always been on a budget. Now that we have a beautiful place with a short walk to the emerald waters of the gulf (1.32 Minute walk) we are hoping to share our place with other families like us.

We love the white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas, Florida. We feel our property has all we need in a great location (1.32 min. walk) and private beach access to the Gulf. Our home was built in 2026 which gives us plenty of room to enjoy.. We are located on the North Side of Cape San Blas on the Gulf Side. We are 3 miles from the award-winning St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and within walking distance to the Trading Post on Cape San Blas Road. We have plenty of room for boat parking and an outside grilling area with a charcoal grill available. CapeSide Breeze ² has the fishermen set up with plenty of room to park your boat (>23' boat) or fish from the beach. St. Joe State Park has a boat ramp and is within 4 miles.
