Inside, the open-concept main level features soaring ceilings and a bright, airy interior. The living room is designed for connection and relaxation, complete with plush seating and a flat-screen TV. The newly renovated kitchen shines with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and eye-catching glass tile accents. Whether you're brewing coffee or preparing a full meal, this kitchen has everything you need—from Henkels knives to a four-burner cooktop, large double-door fridge with water dispenser, and ample cookware. The dining area, framed by a built-in bay window, features a modern glass table and chandelier, comfortably seating six.
Also on the main level are two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One offers a queen bed, reading lights, and easy access to a newly renovated hallway bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a spacious king suite with direct access to a screened-in back porch, dual closets, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bath featuring a large vanity and walk-in rain shower. Just off this bedroom is the serene rear porch, a screened-in outdoor living space with lounge seating—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Up the custom ship’s ladder is a cozy bonus loft with built-in platform beds, storage, and reading lights—a fun and functional space perfect for teens or older kids. Continue up to the second level to find the luxurious king primary suite, offering a peaceful retreat with treetop views, a seating area, desk, flat-screen TV, full mirror, and a private ensuite bath.
Climb one more flight to the third-story bonus tower—an airy lounge with a sectional sofa, large TV, and double doors leading to a stunning wraparound rooftop deck. From here, enjoy sunset skies, partial Gulf views, and the serene sights of Seaside’s rooftops and treetops.
