Spacious living space

We are very devoted to make sure that our guests can have the best experience with our private entry newly updated one bedroom living space . We are still working on improvements and bettering outside area. This in-law unit enjoys complete privacy and tranquility from the owners' adjacent home on the same property. You can either park your car in the garage or drive way. It is 4 miles away from Kirkland downtown, 16 miles to Seattle downtown. The house itself is located close to public transit and shopping mall, where you can find TradeJoe's and Northstrom Rack. It is actually walking distance to the mall and Transit.
We change bedding color from time to time.

Nice place

Our guest enjoyed staying at this apartment. He said he slept very well, it had everything he needed, and was very clean. Marie worked hard to correct an error in booking and we really appreciated her efforts. I would gladly book this place again.

Home away from home

Lovely place, lots of space and everything we need in a quiet location for us. Great kitchen. Cool even in summer without much AC needed since on lower floor, but with plenty of light. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, with the privacy as if it was your own place.

Exactly as shown, convenient location

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this rental to attend a wedding. It was perfect for what we needed, well equipped, comfortable, close to lots of restaurants. Nice hosts, no complaints. Appreciated the stock of k cups and keurig after a long trip from the east coast.

3 Night Stay

This property was great in many ways especially the location which is close to where our son and grandkids live. If I was to go a bit deeper in my review, I would like to say that having the owners right above our bedroom was a bit noisy at times. That caused a little disruption in our sleep for a couple nights. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment.

We stayed 1 month in this lovely apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. . . very spacious, clean, comfortable and with new appliances. it was so convenient to have a garage, washer and dryer for our sole use. If we didn't have something, Marie made every effort to make sure we got it. She made us feel right at home. When we return to this area, we hope to stay with Marie again.

A fully-equipped, very clean, quiet apartment. Exceeded our expectations!

This space is perfectly located for anyone visiting this part of Seattle, or even commuting to the city. We enjoyed its proximity to Chateau Ste. Michelle winery for a concert. Although we did not go wine tasting, this is very close to all kinds of wineries. The space is large, the bed quite comfortable, with a fully equipped, full-size kitchen. It was immaculate, and hostess Marie welcomed us warmly, then respected our privacy. We enjoyed the natural backyard and the critters who live there. It is a comfortable home in a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Great size but lacking

The property was in brand new condition and overall comfortable as far as furniture and bedding, the kitchen was fully stocked with items to prepare meals which we did. The cons were the thermostat was on 64 according to the owner and it was extremely cold in the house. As a paying customer it would be nice to have control over your temperature and I had to ask a few times for it to be raised. The other issues with the house was the electric braker would flip a few times a day and I would have to go into the garage and pop the braker back. By far the worst part of my stay was the the volume and loudness of the owner herself. She was on the 2nd floor above us and had guest many nights and they were very loud. Laughing and carrying on, you could hear entire conversations and them walking around above. We didn't get much rest. I will not rent here again.

This was a clean property with everything needed for an extended stay. Convenient to good restaurants and shopping. The. central location gives easy access to downtown Seattle and other fun activities. The host was very accommodating. We come to Seattle often and would definitely stay again.
