Oceanfront-Unique-Spectacular-Pet Friendly-Four Bedroom

The house is true beachfront property so you literally walk across the dune to the ocean. 4BR, 2 full bath unit that is part of a multi-unit house. The unit is located 30 feet above ground level and has spectacular views of the beach. Each bedroom “uniquely” offers a sink vanity with built- in dressers. Additional Jack-n-Jill style Full bath with shower/tub. The 4BR unit offers a Queen bed in 3 bedrooms and a set of twin beds in the 4th bedroom. Smart TVs, WiFi and Spectrum cable provided. Private large deck with truly spectacular view! Huge covered under house hang out space. And….actual grass in the backyard. “Ocean Breeze”is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. We also have a 1BR and 2BR unit at the same address.
Outdoor elevator is available to help reach each floor of the house.
Fully stocked and operational kitchen.
Common outdoor grill can be used by all guests.
Washer and dryer unit for all guests to use and share on ground floor.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
A cleaning fee of $175 per stay will be charged for all rentals.
And if you have a small dog, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.
All standard rentals are weekly and begin on Saturday afternoon. For possible rentals not beginning on a Saturday or not being for 7 nights, please contact the owner to discuss.

Little slice of paradise

This is the 2nd year in a row that my family has stayed here and we’re counting down the days until next years stay! It’s a great location with shops, a grocery store and restaurants extremely close and only a short drive to the Inlet. The property is well kept and it has a very “homey” feel. I can’t wait to return and keep making memories.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

This was our second stay at the Muth Property and we were not disappointed! Waking up to the views and sounds of the ocean is the best! There are so many places to eat and things to do for folks of all ages in the area. I hope to stay again!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach!

The house was exactly as described - clean, good communication and beautiful accommodations. The outside area is very large and allows you to soak in the ocean view. Already checking for availability to go back. A little slice of heaven.

Beautiful home with every detail needed to have an optimal stay by the ocean. Beds were comfortable, the patio, deck and outdoor furniture were perfect, the entire premises very well maintained, appreciated having our dogs with us. Would love to stay again there next year. Thank you!

Amazing property!

Amazing property right on the beach! Very clean & nicely decorated . Views from the family room & kitchen can’t be beat. The beds were super comfy and the AC kept us cool the entire week. Our favorite feature was the large deck and covered porch. Very special place.! We can’t wait for the opportunity to stay again.

Best owner ever!

We had an unfortunate turn of events the day before leaving for our trip with our dog. Michael went above and beyond in understanding our situation and working with us and VRBO. We have always had positive experiences with owners but Michael and Pat are the best! I look forward to renting from him in the future!

Just the break I needed

The Muth House was just what my friend and I needed. The location could not be any better. The house is setup perfect for a return trip with my elderly parents (elevator). Love having a sink and counter in each room, so that you can finish getting ready so someone else can use the bathroom. Loved being able to take my dog with me, she is a beach junkie just like me. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great property, perfect weather almost perfect stay

The 4br unit was just as described, plus they featured individual sinks/vanities in each room, very convenient. The unit was perfect for our needs including the elevator for my aging mother. The beach access was convenient, one of the closest of all the properties I've stayed at over the years. The only drawback...we found out the first day that Garden City does not allow canopies on the beach, so we had to search the town for umbrellas. Not the owner's fault, I have been used to staying at properties in Surfside. I would definitely stay in the unit again, as well as recommend it to other renters.

Great location, great space

I was very impressed with the property and the communication I received. We stayed on the top level of the house. The views were amazing. The beach is right out back and so easy to get to and from. This was important since we have a 5 year old. We did lose power briefly and did have to call the property manager. She was great - very responsive and nice and the issue was resolved very quickly. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again.

Awesome view, can hardly wait to return

Home away from home! 4 Bedroom , beautiful porch and deck, awesome view! Beds comfortable (1 bedroom with 2 Twins were not so comfortable but I imagine for child weight okay but not as adult) House has a few quirks but nothing that would keep me away. Nothing fancy but loved it, felt at home first day! Rebooked for 2024....loved our stay and looking forward to returning. Washer/ dryer/elevator BBQ grill all in great shape. Elevator a PLUS if someone has mobility challenges and great for groceries!

Exceeded expectations

The Muth house was everything I had hoped it would be. I was vacillating between this property and a penthouse suite. I am SO happy we chose this. This is the true epitome of a beach house. Unlike the other high rises which are common in the area, this house is quaint, nicely appointed and has such a great vibe. It’s apparent this house has been filled with family, friends, love and happiness The deck facing the ocean is priceless. The deck furniture was the most comfortable I have ever experienced at a rental. We will surely return to the area and when do, we will only stay at this property. Thank you again!

Wonderful Home / Awesome Owner

Had a great time until Wednesday when the Manager out of the blue told me we needed to keep our Dog quiet!!! Really? We were with our 8lb. Poodle 90% of the time he was only alone when we left for a few hours for supper, yes I know he barks when we leave but he doesn't bark before or after the "QUIET" time!! Pat was very rude about it and it really put a damper on our Wonderful Family time!! I think we were laughing way to loud for the complainers below us!! I guess that is what you get when you have long term renters below weekly renters? And as far as "The Manager" going on and on how clean her and the "crew" kept the home? It was Subpar I found a "Golfers" shirt between the twin mattress and the wall blue Nike xx I hung it up in hall,,,,I'm sure its the same group she had complained to me about on phone before I arrived? The rug under table could use cleaning and the kitchen could definitely be wiped down a lot more,,,,,Cabinets Stove sinks shined,,,I'm just being honest and even though the construction and painting was going on next door and our vehicle's were covered by the workers (without our permission) we understood but to come to me in front of my relatives and say that to me after you spent a substantial amount of time visiting with the complainers well let me just say,,,,You did an epic fail as a "Manager" We all were going to take turns and book your Awesome home Mr.Muth but after our Brief confrontation we all decided to go elsewhere. If it's ever under new "Managment" we would be delighted because in spite of the rudeness we encountered we loved your Home!! P.S. We did leave it cleaner than we found it,👍
