This renovated 2 bedroom, I bath home includes a kitchen with full size fridge, range with convection, coffee pot, microwave and various other appliances. Everything you need to prepare meals and close to restaurants too. Living room and dining room spacious enough to easily accommodate 6. Shower with tub and two queen size beds. Towels and linens are provided for your stay. Family and pet friendly house with a large, flat back yard. Walking distance to Charlottesville's premier water park on Meade Avenue.

The perfect location for area concerts, visits to the many local wineries and breweries and Virginia's historical attractions like Monticello, Ashlawn and scenic views on the Blueridge Parkway. During summer months, there is a farmers market two blocks away. Open seasonally, a public water park suitable for the whole family. Walking distance to a playground.

The Woolen Mills neighborhood is sidewalk lined for a safe and enjoyable walk with your pet.

Cozy stay!

A perfect location, close to everything. We were able to thoroughly explore Charlottesville and had a wonderful time! One of the most welcoming places I've stayed.

Great Woolen Mills home to stay at!

Very comfortable home, well funished, in quiet establish neighborhood. Easy walkable to Firefly for drinks and food and 25 minute walk to Charlottesville's fowntown Mall. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Definitely will stay here again

Great location to stay with family members for wedding festivities in the area. Cottage is clean and comfortable, host was great, and off street parking was a bonus.

I was visiting family in the Pantops area and this was a perfect location. The cottage was clean and well equipped. I'll be back for sure!

We love this cottage...it's clean, well appointed, on one of our favourite streets in Charlottesville, every where is just 15 minutes away.Charles & Erica are just the best.We look forward to staying here again.

Really nice getaway

Really convenient location - close (5 minute drive) to a variety of restaurants and shops. Clean, nicely furnished with small kitchen adequate for basic meal prep. Beds were really nice. Nothing elaborate, but very comfortable and I'd surely stay at the property again.

Perfect!

Great location - close to town and also river access! The host provided snacks and drinks, as well as lots of info about local attractions. Front porch was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

We really liked this nice old house! Charles had snacks and drinks available for use and maps of the area! We were there two nights and really liked how close to everything we were! I highly recommend staying here!

GREAT LOCATION

This quaint little house was in a great location. We could walk into town or to some restaurants. It was a quick drive to Monticello and the other beautiful estates to visit. Had everything we needed in a quiet area with off street parking. Beds were comfy and host was great. Would stay here again if coming back to this area.

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was a perfect size for the 2 of us and our dog. The bed was comfortable, and the living area couch was quite nice to relax on as well. There is a dog park nearby, and the neighborhood is close to the mall. We will stay here again, the next time we visit Charlottesville.

Cute cottage with lots of extras

The accommodations were as described and we truly appreciated ALL of the amenities provided. Adorable house with ample parking and a large backyard for our pup to play in.

This is a wonderful property — comfortable, clean, very well-stocked, and close to restaurants, shops, and sights. Everything in the property works well and the hosts were extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests. I strongly recommend this property.

This house is the prefect size for a getaway. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful lot with mature trees and a level backyard. Very convenient to the downtown mall, shopping, restaurants and area attractions.
