Island Breeze Condos with direct access across the street to Englewood Beach! Escape to the island of Manasota Key! Seaside living at its best! Immaculate oversized one bedroom unit with fully loaded kitchen, dining area, living room with wide screen TV. Sleeps 4. King size bed in master. Washer/dryer in the unit, internet, cable TV and central air conditioning/heat!
Partial views of the bay from balcony! On site heated swimming pool (Nov-April) and barbecue grills!
Situated in the heart of Manasota Key with all of its offerings but tucked away off the main street. The beach is directly across the street!
BOAT docks available! (reservation needed..no extra charge but no trailers allowed on site)
Free business sponsored shuttle carts available to take you around to restaurants/shops/activities! (One upscale restaurant just next door!)
Englewood area is well known for its great fishing, boating, golf, fine dining and of course it's' 4 beaches!
We supply everything including beach chairs and towels!

Island Breeze

The Condo is brand new, if not, you cannot tell from anything inside, everything is perfect. Friendly neighbors, everyone says hello or good morning, convenient to the Waverly and the other restaurants, Beach Access means you walk straight across the road and to the beach. Great place to stay

lovely stay on the Key!

We could not be happier with our stay on Manasota Key! Due to hurricane damage, our regular spot in nearby Venice was unavailable, and we (luckily) landed here. Dave and Tiz were friendly and helpful from the point of first contact, and the location was just perfect. Nice pool with a short walk to the beach, and the unit was clean, comfortable and so relaxing. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and the energy of the Key and its community was warm and inviting.

Excellent stay!!

Condo was very neat and clean, very well stocked with everything we needed and more, bed was super comfortable, location was central to all the beaches we wanted to see and the hosts were great to work with!

Beach getaway

This property was very clean and comfortable. It has a nice pool and very easy to walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful. We had a great vacation and would stay here again.

Nice short work trip

Really nice town, quiet and some good food options. The condo was nice, easy access. Short walk to the beach across the street & good restaurant next door for convenience without being a loud interruption in the condo

Lovely!

We loved this property!! Check in process was simple and easy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Love that it is close to the bay but just a short walk to the private beach. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is such a perk. Would definitely stay again!

We needed a place for thanksgiving week and the hotels near Englewood aren’t great. This was a perfect set up with great amenities and location

Nice stay

It was a nice stay. The condo was clean and had enough linens. The beach chairs were old and the umbrella didn’t work but we managed.

Beautiful condo

We had a great time. Enjoyed the beach right across the street and at Stump Pass Park. We paddled and saw dolphins The condo was beautiful with everything we needed.

Perfect for us

After a week in the keys, we made the drive up to Englewood. The condo was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. So much to do in the area, we will be back soon!

Wonderful!

What a little gem this place was! It had everything you need to feel right at home, and in a central location! My family and I enjoyed staying here, loved the pool, the beach is just a quick walk and the restaurants are all within walking distance as well. Would recommend this stay and will come back again. Thank you for sharing a wonderful place with us!

Post hurricane stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and owners were very quick with responding to communication. It was difficult to park a large vehicle in the designated spot and there was not an elevator. Although this unit didn't have any hurricane damage, the surrounding area definitely did with much cleanup and repair still to be done. The unit is in a great location with beach acces a short walk across the street, but the beach is currently closed which we did not know.

Prefect Location

Dave and Tiz’s property is great for a beach trip and fishing all in one. The condo is well kept with everything you could possibly need, the kitchen was well stocked (with spices as well), extra linens, beach chairs and towels. If you love the sunrise you can see it perfectly from the balcony.

Fourth of July

We stayed here over the 4th of July for my birthday and the holiday. This room is really nice. Love having a washer and dryer and pool! Great location with a very short walk to the beach and right on lemon bay! Short walk to the bars and restaurants also. Really appreciated all the extras in the room and everything you need for a perfect beach day provided. Owners are very nice and responsive to any questions we had. Would for sure stay here again!

Great Stay

The Peek a View condo on Manasota Key was great. It had ample room for my husband, my nine year old daughter, and myself. The condo has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, beach equipment provided, and a great little balcony that looks over Lemon Bay. It was an easy short walk to the beach, and the pool was cool and refreshing even in 90+ degree temperatures. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had.

Perfect location!

Our condo was in the perfect location. Beach was across the street and easy to get to. Restaurants were a walking distance away and lots of fun. The condo was well kept, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony, my favorite spot for my morning tea! Our hosts were easy to reach and were quick to respond if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Get a refill on your smiles!

We enjoyed this visit. It was as quiet and peaceful as you need but has plenty of close restaurants and bars to keep the fun going. The pool and beach are within walking distance. The condo has everything you want. It was clean, comfortable, and was supplied with all of the basics. Just stock up on food, drinks, ice, beach snacks, sunblock, etc… The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Thank you for a great stay. Let’s do it again sometime. 😁

Weekend in Englewood

The condo is very nice. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to have anything you'd need for preparing meals. The king size bed was very comfortable. Sadly, the pullout sofa was not. We especially loved waking to the sunrise out our back deck, and watching the sunset over the gulf. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Condo and location!

The condo is exactly as advertised. The unit is well equipped and clean. Located within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The beach is directly across the street. Great communication from the owners. The only negative was the Verizon service in the area. Overall an A+. Thank you.
