Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses! Don't forget your flipflops! This free-standing beach house condo places you in the sweet spot of Florida. The biggest heated and cooled pool on the island is in the back yard just beyond the tropical shrubs that provide coolness and privacy. Beautiful gulf views and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach! Take a slow stroll while you search for your favorite shells or sit under your umbrella and enjoy the ocean sounds. Beach yoga on our beach 9:00 am every day on the north side of public beach. Dinner, lunch or snack? No problem, only a short walk from your condo. Live entertainment, happy hour, shopping? Lock and Key restaurant, Sand Bar, quaint little beach shops and more. No need to drive. Sparkling clean with comfort in mind, this 2B/2B retreat sleeps 4 and will calm all your senses. A secluded lanai is perfect for morning coffee or evening quite time. Complete with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linens and cable TVs. Umbrella and beach chairs and bikes too! You'll never want to leave. One tenant must be at least 55 yrs. old. Please note there will be a $150.00 charge for a background check for the HOA requirements. THESE FORMS ARE STRICKLY ENFORCED AND MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL!! VARIFY THAT YOU SENT INFORMATION IN BY MESSAGING ME PLEASE.

Fantastic Stay

Unit has a great location close to the beach, and owner was fantastic with communication. Check-in and out was a breeze. We will be going back to this unit in the future for sure!

Kathy is a great host.

It is the perfect please to stay on Manasota Key. So close to everything. The house is set up just luke your home would be. It has everything you need.

Excellent Stay & Host

This is our 2nd time at this property. Kathie (host) is always accessible and truly cares about the quality of our stay. We had a couple issues out of her control, including flight cancelations, and she was able to help us out in a pinch. In return, we made sure to leave the property in even better shape than when we arrived. We are so appreciative and will definitely be back!

Great beach house

Cute place just a short walk from the beach and several restaurants. Two good sized bedrooms and two baths. Living room is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. We especially liked the linai for morning coffee. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during much of our stay, but we did get to swim in it once and it was very nice, and right behind the unit. We’d stay there again.

Christmas stay

The location was fantastic. My kids enjoyed the pool, playground and basketball court. The neighborhood was quiet and all of the people were friendly. We didn’t have any issues with our stay. Short walk to the beach, good restaurants near by.

Favorite area to stay in

Very cute 2 bedroom with 2 bath Condo with a walk across the street to Englewood beach. Great location where you can stay and not even need a car. Bring your groceries along, there’s Resaturants & Bars within walking distance. The Barefoot Trader is a great store to shop for quality gifts and awesome tshirts. 1st time I’ve ever been in Fl when red tide was there and it was terrible.. It didn’t damper our vacation at all, we just spent each day lounging in the beautiful pool. We’re already looking forward to renting from here gain next summer. Thanks so very much Linda & Angela

Great home, perfect location! Home was very comfortable, lots of space! Glad we had 2 bedrooms since husband snores 😁😁 Great price! Hope to rent this one again! Was able to walk to beach and restaurants!

This rental was the best we have ever had. Loved the neighborhood, the location and the property itself. Great neighbors, too. Would come back next year, but it is rented..

Great place for family of 4.

The property location is great. Close to the beach, restaurants, boat rentals, fishing pier etc. The pool was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever you need. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

Englewood Beach

We so thankful the house was very comfortable since our stay was during the shelter at home Coronavirus pandemic. A very nice location just steps from the beach and restaurants.
