Relaxation & fun awaits you in our 4th floor unit at the Summit complex at 8743 Thomas Drive. Located directly on the beach with a terrific view. Condo decorated with a tropical decor.

Bedroom has comfortable king size bed with TV for your enjoyment. Located in an alcove in the hallway are 2 bunkbeds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Unit has 2 cable TV's. TV in den is Samsung Smart TV with Samsung sound bar (BT). In bedroom is 43" TCL Smart TV. Balcony has lounger for sunset watching or tanning. Also, on balcony is table with chairs for dining and morning dolphin watching. BEACH CHAIR w/Umbrella INCLUDED (Mar-Oct), just grab your towel and stroll to the beach!!

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, griddle, grilling utensils, even sippy cups. Truly all your cooking and dishware needs for a comfortable stay.

All linens are provided and a washer/dryer is in the unit!

This will be a unit you will come back to year after year!
3 night minimum required. A reservation fee of $27 will be collected at check-in with the Summit for your parking pass and armbands.

perfect beach front condo

This unit was perfect for my family. All 5 of us fit comfortably. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the beach chairs were a nice bonus. It is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment and a short drive to St. Andrews (which i highly recommend!). The only thing is that the pool closes at 8 because they don't have the permit for night swimming (i found this out after talking to the employees), this was a non issue for us because after being at the beach and doing other activities we were tired and decided to just hang out on the balcony and play games/watch movies. But if you're wanting some night swimming, you can't do that. Overall i highly recommend.

Cheryl was easy to communicate with and a great host. The condo is beach front with a great view and location. The beach is absolutely stunning. Everything listed is accurate. There are plenty of plates/cups/utensils and kitchen necessities. Only recommendation pertaining to the condo itself, would be to dust/clean a little more. This next section is out of the listings control but worth noting: some of the elevators were not working. Thankfully the condo is only on the 4th floor. Another important note, the pool closes at 8pm every night (despite the signs stating 11pm). Overall, this was a great stay and we would return again.

Great stay

We enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean. The chairs included are a plus. The owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. I would stay in her condo again!

Lovely Spot

The accommodations were very clean and in order. Loved the inclusion of beach chairs so I was able to spend a significant amount of time on the beach. I would rent this unit again!

September Vacation

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so nice having the beach chairs available for us! We enjoyed our stay overall but the shower had some mold which is why we are not giving 5 stars.

Just a wonderful vacation. Room was clean and everything you need. Chairs on beach was so much help. Kitchen had everything you need. Master bed was very comfortable. Room was ready. Give a 5 star ⭐

Nice family vaca

The room was perfect for the four of us. Everything we needed was in there for us. Beds were comfy. Fourth floor was perfect bc elevators got hectic at times and we just took the steps. Weather wasn't perfect but we made the best of it. Thank you Cheryl for having us at your condo!
