Great house for a family of nine adults to enjoy a long weekend. Pets were welcome also. The view was spectacular and in a great location of Seaside. We ate in and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our families 3rd stay here. Perfect for 8 adults. Love the location and view. Easily walkable to either side of town. Definitely would stay again!

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for a family reunion and this was a great place to get my kids and grandkids together with folks from the extended family. Hoping we can make this place work at the next family reunion in a couple of years.

Great location! The house was great but we were not able to use the rec room due to a too strong musty smell. Will definitely be on my saved list of homes to rent again. The caretaker was great

We really enjoyed our week at this house. 5 adults and 5 young children all liked the property, the kids loved a fenced front yard and all sharing the sleep five family room upstairs. On the prom and an easy beach path. Before we left, Nana reserved it again for next year! Happy memories made and now we look forward to next year!

Wonderful house! Close to the beach and about a mile and half walking distance to Seaside. We really enjoyed it very relaxing. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had a groups of 8 and had a wonderful time!!

Great property! The only surprises were 1) two bedrooms had to be accessed by going through another bedroom, and 2) the dishwasher was pretty noisy.The views were amazing and the beachfront location was wonderful!!Host and property manager were great.

Loved the location. Great views of the ocean with nothing but beach vegetation and sand between us. Worked well for three families with four young children.

Beautiful and comfortable home, The view is amazing. We didn't get to spend as much time down at the beach because it was so cold. We had some elderly people that was okay with the stairs... but the stairs were steep for them. Good parking also!

This is a great home on the Seaside Prom, with lots of parking and room for a big group. We stayed with extended family and had plenty of room. Travelers should know that it is an older home so expect some quirks. The stairs going up or down are quite steep. Bedding was very comfortable and soft. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and the dishwasher should be run when you are leaving the house as it is LOUD. We loved sitting at the dining table or in the living room and looking out at the ocean. Would love to stay again.

Lovely house stocked with everything we needed. Loved being so close to the ocean and to the main part of town. Great views. Comfortable living room and beds. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Thank you!

The house is amazing, the only complaint is the one bedroom is a common space and has one of the three queen beds in it. Only two bedrooms with queen beds. Luckily we had only two couples in our group. The beach access is amazing and town and amenities are within walking distance. Lots of additional gear for beach time fun. Bring your own coffee and creamer and sweetener. View was just spectacular! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider starting again.

It was a very cool house for the 10 of us. It was right on the beach. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. The only problem was that the stovetop didn’t work very well or not at all. The bedrooms upstairs were okay, but the 2 downstairs were great. Otherwise it was a great house to stay in.

Great place located in a quiet section of the beach. Spacious and enough rooms/beds for our large group. Easy check in and out process helped keep things relaxing.

We loved the house! Kids had a blast in the basement playing ALL weekend! Dog friendly house that didn’t smell like it was (some houses you can tell). Well stocked, had everything we needed. Location on the promenade and the views from the house were spectacular and close to Broadway. Absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for some time on the coast!
