We enjoyed our stay in East Nashville! The property is very clean & a great location. The rooms are comfortable & had everything we needed. Excellent & personable host. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time and the listing /communication was excellent! We had a good bit of pet hair left during our stay, but other than that it was great!

Everything staged like a nice hotel. Quality soft toilet paper, soap dispensers filled, trash bags, towels, and more. Really couldn't ask for more in that regard. Management was also SUPER responsive and helpful. We discovered the microwave was having issues and they sent a replacement unit VERY promptly.

Very clean, close to everything. There is a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off at the door. The host was very efficient with communication.

Clean property with great amenities. Comfortable beds with cozy decks. Not walking distance but quick lyft (usually cheaper than uber) ride to top golf, the gulch and broadway.

Lovely property

We had a wonderful time in Nashville and really enjoyed this property. It was clean and spacious for our party of 4. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay

My mother, uncle, and I came into town for a concert and stayed at this property. It was in a perfect location and close to everything. If we return to Nashville, we will be staying here again!

Convenient location

This property has anything and everything you need for comfort. Also, it is very convenient to the Stadium and All downtown attractions.

The house exactly what we needed. It was close enough for all of us to get to all the attractions but not right in the middle of it so when we wanted to unwind it was great!

WOW!

This home is so fun! The layout is amazing and the decor is perfect. We loved the balconies off each bedroom. Location made it easy to Uber downtown and it was easily the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever had.

Great time in Nashville

The townhome worked out great for us and had everything we needed for our visit. Nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms and a large updated kitchen. The neighborhood was a little odd and not close to much, but between our rental car and Lyft we didn’t mind.

Perfect spot for a long weekend!

River North Retreat was perfect for our group of 4 for Memorial Day weekend. Perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Quick Uber to Broadway and other local attractions. We also drove to see a concert at The Caverns in Pelham—was an easy ride a little over an hour. Some construction in the area, but nothing bothersome and there was no noise we could hear. I would definitely stay here again!

Reconnect with family and friends.

This property is very close to downtown Nashville. The neighborhood has a bit of construction going on for additional housing. The area is growing fast! Opryland, Franklin, Hendersonville and the Jack Daniels Distillery are nice day trips.

Great Condo

Beautiful condo. Everything you need right in the unit. Kitchen utensils and gadgets, extra sheets, blankets and towels. Nice balconies off each of the bedrooms. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the neighborhood - - not the greatest of Nashville but a very short drive to downtown and Vanderbilt campus.

Terrific River North Condo

In Nashville to wedding plan with daughter and friend. Condo was perfect - lots of amenities and the layout was gorgeous. In the near future, this up & coming neighborhood is going to be fabulous - right now, there is lots of construction thus not great for walking. Soon! :)

First timers in Nash and VRBO

We cannot say enough about how great our stay was. To the owners of our rental… it was perfect! This property is stunning, clean and neat. Beautifully decorated and cared for. We were 5 minutes from downtown and they are pet friendly. Our first experience with VRBO. We will be back. Thank you to the owners that took time to solve our tv issue. Instantly it was fixed. Cannot day enough! Perfect.

Nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood

This property was a nice, very clean home that we felt welcome at. The location is close to town without being in a loud area. It is kind of an industrial type of an area so don't expect to walk to get food or coffee but it appears to be a safe area and it is very quiet and calm. The only access to the home is through the garage so be sure to have that code on hand prior to pulling up to the property so you can jump out and open the door quickly as there is no space to park outside and look for it without blocking others coming in or out. They make it easy by sending it to you again the morning of your stay so no worries on finding it easily when you need it. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were great for our short visit to Nashville for Alan Jackson's last concert. Plenty of hot water for showers and the bathrooms were very nicely appointed. Unless you are 3 couples I would not say this place sleeps 6. The sofa bed is small and unless you wanna cuddle can't be shared. We had one couple and 3 individuals who do not share sleeping accommodations so we purchased an air mattress to use for our visit. We were aware of that coming into the rental but if we had 6 people who were ok sharing beds but not ok being that cuddly it could have created an awkward situation. Their recommendation of eating breakfast/brunch at Shugga Hi was perfect. It is close by and the food was to die for.

First time in Nashville

The house was very nice and decorated really nice. I did not realize it is 3 stories and a lot of stairs when I booked it and which wasn’t ideal for my older parents. We did both have bedrooms with en-suites but they are located on the 3rd floor. We were not fans of the neighborhood. Although it’s a quick drive into DT Nashville there was a lot of construction and the freeway noise was very loud, even at night.

Just ok

The property was just ok. Very cheaply built and showing wear and tear. A lot of scratches on the walls, rusting fixtures, and paper thin walls. The garage clearance is extremely low so if you have a higher car you can’t park in the garage and there is nowhere else to park. The neighborhood is on the highway and not very pleasant. Overall, it was fine and had good amenities but we wouldn’t stay again.

Comfy Condo - short drive to Broadway

Enjoyed a long weekend celebrating birthdays! All the comforts of home are provided, making it very accommodating. Super easy check-in and Alece is very responsive. Good location, off Broadway, so you can relax. Nice to have a garage as well to park a rental car. Quick access to the highway and getting downtown.
