P46 - Beautiful updated home on the Gulf side with pool and dock!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear that overall your stay went well and that you enjoyed the heated pool. We do provide starter supplies for guests, which include start up laundry pods, dishwasher pods, some trash bags, a sponge, a bottle of dish soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and basic soaps to help get everyone settled upon arrival. Most guests plan to pick up additional items when they do their grocery shopping for the week. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad that, aside from this small issue, you had an enjoyable stay. We hope to welcome you back to the Keys again in the future!

We take pride in providing clean, well-maintained homes for every guest. You can see this in the previous reviews. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this stay. The property was left in extremely poor condition — most of the bedding was ruined, furniture was badly stained, and the home itself was completely trashed. On top of the extensive damage, the guest’s overall behavior was very disrespectful. This experience was highly disappointing and far outside the norms of how our homes are typically treated by responsible guests. The AC unit is the house is brand new and the pool was immaculate before the guest arrived. We did not receive one call from the guest to report any issues. The only time we heard from the guest was after he departed and we sent him photos showing all the ruined bedding and trashed house. We let him know the charges would be deducted from his deposit.
