Stay just Northwest of Forsyth Park and within walking distance to all of Savannah's shopping, dining, and attractions. Two Lucky guests will call this quaint cottage home - fit with a master bedroom and full kitchen.

Enter through the courtyard off Whitaker Street and into your peaceful oasis. Cobb's Cottage is the ground-level carriage apartment behind a Savannah manor. Walk into the main living area with ample places to kick back and relax. A full kitchen with range and refrigerator provides the essentials needed for a quick meal. The primary bedroom boasts a Queen size bed with luxury-grade linens and en suite full bath.

Head due East and grab brunch with the locals at Clary's Cafe. Stop into ShopSCAD and nearby retailers in the Downtown Design District to take home a Savannah souvenir. Just a short walk North will lead you further into the charming historic district.

What is parking like for this home?
This unit has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm. You have the option of feeding the meter, parking in a nearby parking garage, or buying a parking pass from the Parking & Mobility Services Office. All of that information is included in our confirmation email sent upon booking.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. Super cute place

The property was clean and nice. The area surrounding was beautiful and quiet this time of year. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The home was very cozy! The heater in the bathroom was a game-changer. It was a perfect place for a long weekend in Savannah.

Great Location

This property was ideally located for those who want to walk around Savannah. Just north of Forsyth Park we could easily walk all over the historic district. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's an older location but fit in with the history of Savannah.

Weekend trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Easy to hop on the Dot and ride down to River or Broughton street. Right at the entrance to Forsyth Park and we were able to have a picnic breakfast and walk around a market/festival while we were there. Clean unit. Easily to check in. We had a problem with the wifi-someone came to help but it was not resolved during our stay. Very responsive by text.

Cozy and comfortable - perfect for a couple.

The unit is a street level flat and very conveniently located adjacent to Forsyth Park in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it was nice to use the kitchen for breakfasts and snacks. The on street parking was no problem at all. Everyone we met was friendly and courteous. We will be back and would definitely stay there again.

The property was quaint, comfortable and in a great location, especially for walking our dog. We got a parking pass to park on the street and were always able to find a parking spot. There is a back alleyway where you can park to unload/load your vehicle. Lovely visit to Savannah - beautiful city!

Great Location

My sister and I were in Savannah for three nights. This VRBO was perfect for us. We were next to Forsyth park and could walk to Bay st and River st. We found street parking easily and bought the two day parking pass at the Savannah parking office. The bed was comfortable and we had enough room to spread out. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect location!

We loved our carriage house! The location is perfect - we walked or biked everywhere. Being so close to Forsyth Park is a real plus. The host, Chris, is great! He gave us ideas on things to do and parking. We loved Savannah - we hope to be back and stay in this charming place again!

Comfortable and memorable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this location as comfortable for our fur baby, who passed before we arrived. Staff was very responsive in refunding our pet fee with empathy and courtesy.Fantastic location for easy walking to the historic district, as well as very close parks for your dog. We found handy free parking in the block between the property and Forsyth Park.Refrigerator and stove were spotless. Extra coffee filters were provided, as well as a pack of local coffee. Plenty of kitchen utensils, but no hotpads (bring your own!).Also, the digital confirmation is generic. It mentions pods for a dishwasher, but no dishwasher. It mentions detergent for washer, but no washer or dryer.The space was just fine for our overall needs. Plenty of towels plus small soaps and shampoo. Soft linens.Deep maintenance issues are long-standing (see other reviews). Deep clean needed on flooring; cleaning of rugs; and replacement of blinds.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is steps away from Forsyth Park which makes it very desirable. At first glance, the place looks clean, but could use a deep cleaning. Very thick layers of dust and dirt on window sills. There was a thick layer of dusty concrete under the brick wall and a couple of dead bugs. Management should do a better tidy. Other than that, the place has potential and is very charming.

Not what I expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is steps from the beautiful Forsyth Park as advertised but it was old and run down. The layout was awkward, the bathroom and the room used as living room especially. It was way over priced and I wish I would have stayed at the other Airbnb I was at. I thought it would be a good idea to change places but Savannah is so walkable it wouldn’t have mattered. Oh, the worse thing-the coffee cups were ALL dirty, stained. No excuse for that. There was no dishwasher but an sos pad would have cleaned them. The dresser in the main picture is not there and the framed pictures still have the price tag sticker residue on them.
