The home is very nice. It was very clean and the owner communication is outstanding. The owner makes you feel welcome and we all had a great time.

Michele's home was beautifully apointed, and had everything we needed for our vacation. Two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and full of small touches that made us feel at home. Very family friendly.

The house is lovely comfortable and center to everything.

You can also watch the fireworks from the front yard on Thursday nights.

Plenty of space and great location

I stayed here last summer and we had a great time. Plenty of space for kids to run around and the most seating we have had in any summer house. You can beat the location. Its close to the beach and boardwalk.

Wonderful family vacation , will return next year!

Booking this house for a week was such a wonderful experience for my family . Michele was so hands on, easy to communicate with and a fast responder. Her house was immaculate, the AC was heavenly with the excessive heat , the outside shower was such an asset with the kids . Great location. Loved this vacation.

Perfect Place for a Family Vacation!

Spotless, spacious, modern rental; carefully decorated, beachy motif, exactly as pictured. Attentive, available, helpful host. Clear instructions to ensure that guests have a comfortable, relaxing stay and lots of good suggestions for nearby dining and entertainment. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Great property, great location

The home was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 7. Great open common area of living room and kitchen, pus 4 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Great condition, well appointed, and the owner was very responsive. 5 minute walk to boardwalk and beach.

Point Pleasant Beach vacation THE BEST!

Michele was the most organized property owner we have ever dealt with. From our initial booking all the way through our stay in her home, she was always available and answered all of our inquiries. The house was immaculate and she was very acommodating. We plan on rebooking with her again!

Family vacation

Had a wonderful week with my husband, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and everything you could possibly think of; especially toddler baby toys. Arnold Avenue is a Main Street but the house is sit back from the road; making it very safe.I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to the beach but far enough away from the noise. The owner, Michelle, is a wonderful host. She’s such a pleasure to work with and it’s full of many recommendations. I this rental a 10 out of 10.

Summer family vacation at Point Pleasant Beach

Our family had the most enjoyable beach vacation at Michele's beautiful home in Point Pleasant. The location could not have been more ideal, just a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach and also to the supermarket in town. It is also very convenient for anyone taking the train from NYC, since the train station is only a couple blocks away. The bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and updated with new appliances. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked very well when needed. The house had everything you needed for a day at the beach with umbrella, pushcart and chairs (we brought our own chairs). The owner provided the badges to have access to the Jenkinson's beach which was an added plus. Having an extra large washer/dryer was also helpful with a family of five. Michele, the owner was very easy to communicate with and she provided a very detailed information sheet beforehand and at the house so we had no problems during our stay. We would definitely recommend Michele's house for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation at the NJ shore!

Great beach rental!

The property has a great location. More than the beach, there’s a great downtown within walking distance. Do you like pickleball? Again, right in town, within walking distance. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation.

This is our second year here. The house is perfect. It is so spacious and impeccably clean and the furnishings beautiful. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. Can’t wait for next year!

This home is a perfect getaway!

Michele is the perfect landlord. She was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. She even supplied things that I would never have even thought about. The location is perfect to everything…beach, boardwalk and downtown stores & restaurants. Our upstairs neighbors were very kind, quiet and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here…you won’t be disappointed

Amazing & Restful

We loved staying here! Michelle’s attention to detail was awesome! We had everything we could have needed and more. The location was great and even met some neighbors and they were lovely as well. Would stay here again! Thank you Michelle for a home away from home atmosphere.

Loved it!

The house was very clean and well organized. She thought if everything. A binder on the table had all the info you could possibly need. Quiet, clean neighborhood and close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely stay there again. Totally recommend to anyone.
