Enjoy your time away in our (3) bedroom, (2) bathroom home located in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Our home is located in a community family oriented neighborhood. It is a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride away to Jenkinson Inlet Beach or Jenkinson's Aquarium.

Want to venture to a nearby town? Why not say hello to neighboring towns like Manasquan, Brielle and Bayhead. With something for all to enjoy! Family friendly activities with great restaurants and nightlife ambiance too!

**Please note per town ordinance there is a 7 day minimum stay requirement and a maximum of 6 guests.

This home was outstanding! All the interior living spaces are beautifully furnished, the side and rear patio areas are morning-coffee and happy-hour perfect, and the home is stocked with everything needed for the stay...truly turn-key. The location is perfect, particularly for us PPB "North-Enders." Best yet, our host Marsha is super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

Enjoyable and Comfortable Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The home was well maintained and organized. It was stocked well will all that is needed for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. The backyard was great for lounging and grilling. The house was centrally located. Marsha was highly responsive. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Home, Great Location, Family Friendly

We truly enjoyed our stay at this impeccable home! The location was great. We were close to the beach and boardwalk. We literally walked across the street to Spike's for some very delicious seafood. The home itself was so clean and functional and the design left us feeling at home but also that we were in an elevated space. Easy to access the home and we had great communication throughout our stay, although we didn't need much! We would definitely return to this home on our visits to the shore. Well worth it!

The home was lovely. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Loved the beach theme. Great location for us! The host was very responsive if needed. Would love to rent this home again.

Everything you could ask for!

Everything was perfect: beautiful house and property; could walk to the beach, to town, to dinner, to hear live music; and Marsha went above and beyond, once again (this was our second visit).

Beautiful point pleasant vacation home

Our family had a wonderful multi-week stay here. Marsha was a wonderful host and very responsive to our questions. The house was immaculate and well appointed. We loved walking to the beach/boardwalk and cooking fresh fish from the great seafood market across the street. I would be very happy to come back again in the future!

Perfect host, perfect house

There were so many wonderful things about this house: everything in it was brand new, it was stocked with more than you’d ever expect, the outdoor space was great, it was walking distance to great seafood restaurants, the beach was easy to walk to as were Jenks and the live music. Our host went over and above to welcome us and was super responsive to anything we needed. We highly recommend this property!!

Incredible!

Three couples comfortably stayed in this incredible home. Marsha was the most gracious host and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The home was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, home was so spacious, and the backyard was so lovely. The home had every amenity and tool you needed to cook a beautiful meal or enjoy your day at the beach. It was our first time to the Jersey Shore and will certainly not be our last. Don't miss out on this beautiful home.

Weekend in Pt. Pleasant Beach

We had a great stay at Marsha’s rental property. The home was in beautiful condition and was perfect for my family. It was spacious , had a great kitchen area, and plenty of room to relax inside or outside. The location is perfect to get to the beach, boardwalk, at the other sites in the local community. Thanks Marsha !
