Cute and cozy beach front two-story condo. This condo is great for families. It comes with free use of 2 kayaks (a one person and a two person) and 3 bikes to enjoy all the outdoor activities St. George has to offer. Contact us for arrangements. Located in the middle of the island, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Blue Parrot restaurant or Weber’s Little Donut Shop are in walking distance. The first level of this cozy condo features a spacious kitchen, dining and living area with beautiful views of the Gulf from your own private deck. A great way to relax and watch the dolphins! The second level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a private deck to take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Community Pool and boardwalk are just steps away from the beautiful sandy white St George Island beach.

We have stayed at the villas many times before, but this unit is outstanding. Very clean, updated with lots of thought put into what a renter needs while away from home. We will be staying here again. Had a great time!

What a wonderful condo. This was our first visit to St. George. What a beautiful island. The condo was very clean and in a perfect beach front location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We cooked 3 meals and ate out 3 meals. You can walk to many restaurants. Very relaxing and quiet area. We are not party people, so the very slow pace was perfect for us Would highly recommend!!

This beach front condo is relaxing and refreshing. The host is kind, and the condo is well-supplied. We have stayed 3 times and hope to return again.

Was unaware of the 2 sets of stairs. Kitchen , dining and living areas were up 1st flight and bedrooms and bathrooms were up second flight. HOA had voted to discontinue cable service and go completely WiFi with streaming. This had just happened before we arrived and had not been tested. Manager was very helpful but took a while to figure out.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, not busy like Destin. Small town so my daughter and her friend were able to ride the bikes around town and shop. Everyone was really friendly.

The condo was great and spacious. Loved the 2 balconies facing the ocean. The kids loved using the bikes and kayaks that were provided. The pool was nice to use after a long day on the beach. The whole property was nice and the groundscwere clean. I would definitely recommend staying in the Villas.
