Cute and cozy beach front two-story condo. This condo is great for families. It comes with free use of 2 kayaks (a one person and a two person) and 3 bikes to enjoy all the outdoor activities St. George has to offer. Contact us for arrangements. Located in the middle of the island, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Blue Parrot restaurant or Weber’s Little Donut Shop are in walking distance. The first level of this cozy condo features a spacious kitchen, dining and living area with beautiful views of the Gulf from your own private deck. A great way to relax and watch the dolphins! The second level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a private deck to take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Community Pool and boardwalk are just steps away from the beautiful sandy white St George Island beach.

Great Stay

This property is a great beach stay. It's right on the Gulf so you can see and hear the waves, see the birds work and see really wonderful sun rises. The property is centrally located and most everything you might need or want is in walking distance. The newly upgraded balconies have perfect views to the water, are great for sitting and reading or sharing a glass or two of wine. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Views

We loved our stay in this townhome on SGI! Exactly as described - clean, well stocked, beautiful views, easy access to beach and pool, comfortable beds, centrally located and great perk with bikes included. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. We would definitely book again!

Feet in the sand

The condo was nice and in a good location. The only thing I can think of is that it needs a new dishwasher.

Amazing views

This was our first time to Saint George Island and we were there to attend a wedding so we made it a week! We found this condo and it was the perfect size location and price. It exceeded our expectations. John was quick to respond whenever we had a question and the place was beautiful. It was exactly as described and pictured. The views from the balconies were spectacular and we spent every evening eating dinner while listening to the waves out on them. This was so relaxing after a long hot day on the beach acting like kids playing in the waves! We will definitely visit again and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful beach view

We absolutely loved this place! Loved everything about our first trip to SGI. The closeness to the beach and pool is incredible. We also loved how there wasn’t a crowd on the beach in front of the complex. Only two things I would mention and both could be an oversight on my part. First is that I did not realize from the pics online that there would be an initial set of stairs right inside the door to climb in order to get in the unit. Made unloading our car a long process. Also, any beach trip is not complete without lots of sand cleanup. I was not able to find a broom anywhere is the unit. Only a vacuum cleaner which I used, but wasn’t the most optimal for cleaning up sand. Neither of these are deal breakers by FaR!!!! We will be back.

Relaxing beach getaway

This was our second stay in this unit. New flooring and furniture were nice! They have everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachside Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property Two levels with gorgeous views. We rode the bikes that were included and explored the island. I would recommend this property for your St. George Island vacation. The host was responsive to all our needs.

Week at St. George Island

The condo is clean and well equipped. Beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. The beaches are clean and not crowded. We enjoyed a quiet week on St. George Island.

Amazing view of the gulf.

Very nice place for a family to stay. Beautiful view off the balconies. Lovely listening to the waves crash on shore during the night. It was cool during our stay so did not need to use the air conditioner and had the patio doors open allowing fresh ocean air to circulate throughout. Be sure to bring kitchen supplies like dish washer detergent , garbage bags, Clorox wipes & what not. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans & utensils as well as other small appliances to use. Also if you plan on doing laundry during your stay, laundry pods are not allowed so will need liquid detergent. Property manager very prompt responding to questions. Very nice pool however not heated so something to be mindful of during the cooler months. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Only two complaints, we couldn’t get the cable to work on the downstairs tv and the ice trays need to be replaced. Very minor, overall a great place to stay right on the beach!

Property was everything it said it was, the views from the deck were amazing.The location was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Host was very helpful . Would definitely stay there again.

Close Quiet Beach

Johne place was perfect for our stay. Great communication! We loved the Kayaks, quiet beach, and that view! We have never been so close to the beach. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, not busy like Destin. Small town so my daughter and her friend were able to ride the bikes around town and shop. Everyone was really friendly.

Great location, clean and updated

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - the condo was very clean and nicely appointed. We appreciated the extra fans and the shelving in the kitchen that we used for a pantry. This was an affordable and family-friendly option that was right in the middle of the island, with a wonderful beachfront view.

Great view and clean place!

We had a great time in SGI. Had not been in many years and it has changed A LOT! It's much more crowded than I ever remember- even for the 4th. But it was a great time none the less. The property was clean and the beds were GREAT- which is huge for us! The fans provided were very nice as there were no overhead ones. We did not have one hiccup with check in, nor anything in the condo- however, the bike pump needs to be replaced. We didn't need to use it for the bikes but wanted to blow up a float with it and it is bent- so it's very hard to use- we gave up. The kayaks were awesome and so fun! Nice extras. We rented a golf cart which was great! Make sure you book ahead. And as previous renters have said, be prepared for a workout everyday with the steps- you'll have to go up to level 3 for the restroom. I didn't mind it, but it could be cumbersome for certain people. Overall, great place to stay and we enjoyed our time very much.

Great condo on St. George!

The place was great! Just don’t recommend if you have small children. It was stressful to make sure the babies didn’t hurt the glass coffee, end and dining tables. Other than that, I highly recommend! It was a great rental.
