Cute and cozy beach front two-story condo. This condo is great for families. It comes with free use of 2 kayaks (a one person and a two person) and 3 bikes to enjoy all the outdoor activities St. George has to offer. Contact us for arrangements. Located in the middle of the island, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Blue Parrot restaurant or Weber’s Little Donut Shop are in walking distance. The first level of this cozy condo features a spacious kitchen, dining and living area with beautiful views of the Gulf from your own private deck. A great way to relax and watch the dolphins! The second level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a private deck to take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Community Pool and boardwalk are just steps away from the beautiful sandy white St George Island beach.

Great Stay

This property is a great beach stay. It's right on the Gulf so you can see and hear the waves, see the birds work and see really wonderful sun rises. The property is centrally located and most everything you might need or want is in walking distance. The newly upgraded balconies have perfect views to the water, are great for sitting and reading or sharing a glass or two of wine. Highly recommend this property.

Week at St. George Island

The condo is clean and well equipped. Beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. The beaches are clean and not crowded. We enjoyed a quiet week on St. George Island.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, not busy like Destin. Small town so my daughter and her friend were able to ride the bikes around town and shop. Everyone was really friendly.

Property was everything it said it was, the views from the deck were amazing.The location was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Host was very helpful . Would definitely stay there again.

Close Quiet Beach

Johne place was perfect for our stay. Great communication! We loved the Kayaks, quiet beach, and that view! We have never been so close to the beach. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Beachfront Getaway

Second time to stay in Unit G6. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Very clean condo and great access to the beach. Great location and you can walk to most of the restaurants on the island. Will be back!

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Only two complaints, we couldn’t get the cable to work on the downstairs tv and the ice trays need to be replaced. Very minor, overall a great place to stay right on the beach!

Great location, clean and updated

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - the condo was very clean and nicely appointed. We appreciated the extra fans and the shelving in the kitchen that we used for a pantry. This was an affordable and family-friendly option that was right in the middle of the island, with a wonderful beachfront view.

The condo was nice and in a good location. The only thing I can think of is that it needs a new dishwasher.

Wonderful!

Our family had the best time taking our son to the beach for the first time! The Villa is so nice and comfortable, the pool is wonderful, you can have your toes in the sand in under 5 minutes! We loved every minute!

June in St. George

Great stay. Lots of room. Right on the beach with easy access and board walk. Grandkids loved the pool. Lots of stairs so if that’s a concern you might want to stay elsewhere. Suggest planning early dinners by 5:00 to avoid the crowds.

We always love St George Island. Our unit was wonderful! Close to the beach and clean!!

The property was just as advertised. We loved being close to the beach and the unit was clean. Only a couple of minor issues with the refrigerator but something we could easily work through.

Oceanfront gem

We loved this condo! It was clean, comfortable, right on the beach, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We are ok with stairs, but others may not be. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and other businesses. We’d definitely return.
