My new favorite SGI condo! The back patio had a great view of ocean & pool & was literally a few steps away. Comfy beds & couch! Loved being on ground level with no stairs, super convenient. The hosts left a gift card for a local restaurant & provided games, books, several beach towels & zip up padded sand mat. The finishes & decor were so nice. The host text a few times checking in that all was well; amazing find & would love to return.

Less of a walk to the beach than it appeared. Nicely stocked for cooking, at least at our level. Very nice to walk into a place at 70* instead of 78-80 and have to wait for it to cool down. Not much noise transfer from the 2 places above us. Host very timely and responsive to our questions. We would stay there again.

This is by far our new favorite spot! This is the perfect condo and location. Extremely well stocked and clean. The decor is so cute and perfectly put together. Everything just gave us an “at home” feel and not like just a rental. We definitely plan to return and always stay in this unit if they will have us back We LOVED it!

We couldn't have asked for a better place! The condo itself is clean, well stocked and decorated in the most calming beach theme. The beds, pillows and towels are so comfortable. Everything from kitchen appliances, cookware, dining, serving and even pantry staples were provided. The location was central- walking distance to the shops and dining yet steps away from the pool and the beach. We absolutely loved it!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! This was the first time we have visited SGI and we will definitely be back. We have 3 young toddlers so the ground floor unit was so nice! We could jump out of the pool and enjoy lunch on the patio and head right back out to the beach and pool. The condo was decorated so cute and furniture was comfy and clean. I highly recommend this place! Great communication from the host!

The unit was fully updated. You are steps from the pool and beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed to start the summer off. We will definitely be back.

We love the location of our Verbo. We had a nice view of the ocean, although we were set back a little bit but protected from the wind and direct sun in the morning. The Verbo was well stocked especially the kitchen. We’re eight we were able to cook a few of our own meals, but enjoyed eating at the blue parrot just down the block. The pool was beautiful. The ocean was fun to swim in and easy to walk to with our beach chairs, the weather was exceptional. The whole time we were there. Fantastic experience.

Great place

We loved this place. Great location on the Island, clean, beautifully decorated, and the hosts were very nice. We loved the first-floor location as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week

Beautiful spacious upgraded unit. Easy walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. Very relaxed atmosphere.

This property is stunning! The evening sun on the big patio was perfect. The entire condo was spotless. A nice big living room and dining area were spot on for entertaining and watching football. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. You are right by the pool and beach access. Parking is right in front of your door. We will be back!!

Too short of a trip

The villa we stayed in was clean and decorated nicely with a great beach theme. The pool and beach were so awesome. The location was very convenient. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Island getaway

This place is decorated so cute. It is a great place to get away from it all with just steps to the beach. The hosts were so wonderful, very responsive, and even left us a gift card. We recommend BJ's Pizza and you can pick up fresh seafood to cook at the piggly wiggly. The island is beautiful.

St. George Island condo

The inside of the condo was in excellent condition. The outside was a little run down. The condo was close to the beach. It was a very relaxing week away from home.

So glad you liked the condo. The condo complex is currently undergoing a $1.3 million renovation project on the exterior that should improve the outdoor look with new decks, painting, doors and awnings. Can't wait to get new pictures up when the complex is complete.

Our beach home away from home

This condo is so well equipped with the things you might need from the kitchen to beach equipment. It’s wonderful to be able to see the gulf just looking out the window. This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again. It looks just like the pictures. This condo will not disappoint.

Excellent!

The condo is beautifully decorated, well equipped (kitchen and ready for beach with chairs, umbrella and beach towels) and a great location. I had a quick question for the owner and she responded immediately. A great experience all around!

Villas of St George F1

This condo was one of the most convenient stays we’ve had, with such a well cared for and clean condo. She was a very responsive and accommodating host, and was extremely quick to solve any problems. On our first night, the hot water heater was found to not be working and she immediately scheduled a plumber to come the very next morning to correct the problem and kept us updated on the progress. We plan to make this our go to stay in St George from now on.

Well equipped condo

Sharon’s condo was the best equipped of all the vacation rentals in which we have stayed: plenty of cookware, cutlery, utensils, even both Keurig and standard coffee makers. Sharon was very easy to reach and to work with. When we were unable to get the dishwasher to start, she was ready to send someone by to check on it. Fortunately we soon realized that we needed to hit start while holding the dishwasher open then immediately close it. Though we did not use the clothes washer and dryer, we think it might be a good idea to leave basic instructions for their use near them in the hall bathroom. Thank you, Sharon, for helping make our stay so comfortable. Bill and Sharon

Great Location, nice clean unit, beautifully decorated & well maintained.

We really loved the layout of this little condo and the great location to the pool and beach, and surrounding restaurants! Overall the condo was well maintained and served our family perfectly! There were a few very minor things such as the Keurig not working, and the kitchen faucet extension hose not retracting properly. My only complaint is that while the owner was responsive to messages initially. There was never any follow through on their part. For example; some simple questions went unanswered and required several attempts on my part to get a answer. I was told several times, "let me get back to you", well they would never get back to me., I informed owner on check in, of broken Keurig, and a missing gift card. I was told that they would look into, and get back to me, of course they never got back to me. When paying this much for a condo, I expect people to do what they say they are going to do and follow through with questions, requests, or at least check in on you. Despite this disappointment, this was a lovely place, and I would highly recommend, and would stay here again.
