Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 43" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a pack n play for toddlers and a blow up mattress should you need it.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Fantastic Stay

Usually the pictures look much nicer that the actual unit but this unit is understated in the pictures. We didn’t need anything when we were there that wasn’t provided Has an ice machine separate from the refrigerator that is great. View is awesome. Unit on 22nd floor out of 23 floors. Never waited long on elevators Would stay here again definitely!!

Spring break '25

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo was very nice, plenty of room to spread out and great views of the ocean. Could hear neighbors above, but that could change for each group.

Location was excellent. Property overall was very clean. Condo was great and had everything we needed! Never had to wait on elevators. parking garage was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint would be the outdoor pool. It Needs cleaned better. everyday I found trash in the pool, even found a fish hook and a dead fish in the pool.

Phoenix Gulf Shores

This was a great property! View from our 22nd floor was spectacular! We had a couple days that were too chilly for the beach, but the indoor pool made up for that. We had a great vacation!

Everything was perfect

Easy check in and unit was as described. Lots of room for all 6 of us. We loved the beach toys for the kids and the indoor pool was wonderful.

Amazing

Best condo we ever rented. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything a good cook needs. The balcony view was spectacular. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning again.

Recent stay at Phoenix Gulf shores

Location was wonderful! Loved the resort and it’s amenities. Condo was very nice, view was spectacular! Only complaint was the master bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my back was killing me by the end of the seven days. Still enjoyed our stay. Will treasure the memories made.

Absolutely Perfect!!

The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room and the balcony and it’s furniture are awesome!! We enjoyed every single minute. Highly recommend this condo. It’s our 13th year coming to Gulf Shores. We will definitely rent this again!!

Paradise on the beach

This place was amazing! The view from the patio was breathtaking. The condo had everything you needed if wanting to stay in and cook your own meals. I’d request that more towels be stocked in the condo as we had to wash them all mid stay. The last 2 days of our stay the air conditioning quit working. It was difficult to contact the owner after hours and the number we had to the front desk or to report and issue was closed after 430pm.

Very nice condo

This building is not as large as other Phoenix properties so the elevators being busy wasn’t an issue. We plan to return again in the future.

Great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time and the condo was really nice. Has a great view from way up on the 22nd floor. Will definitely consider this unit in the future. My only complaint is it seems like the property management company could do a better job getting the sand out of the pools and hot tubs at night. One of the hot tubs had a significant layer of sand at the bottom of it.

Great Property Except.....

These beds(all bedrooms) were like sleeping on concrete. Even went and bought a mattress topper after the 1st night to get thru the week. This is my only criticism. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Best condo we've vacationed in

We vacation every summer somewhere on a southern coast with our girls and this is probably the nicest rental we've ever stayed in. It's just like the photos and the view from the balcony is outstanding! It was so nice, we ended up just wanting to hang out in the living room and on the balcony just as much as going down to the pool and beach. Also loved using a door code instead of having to keep track of key cards. This made it so much easier and I didn't have to worry that one of our teens would get locked out.Indoor and outdoor pools, and 2 whirlpools, were well maintained. Entire building, including huge lobby area, was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and ocean. The beach itself was soft, white sand with tons of sea shells up towards the hotel entrance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master also had a tub. Master has a view of the ocean! The kitchen was wonderful and we actually boiled crab and made a seafood dinner one evening. Everything is in good repair and they thought of everything as far as supplies to get their guests started. There is no towel service but the unit has its own washer and dryer, which we utilized a few times.We loved that this complex had a parking structure with 4 elevators. We will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location- poorly managed

Check-in no early than 4:30, front desk closes at 5.pm. 30 min window to check in OR you do not get access codes for beach or gym until the next morning at 9am. Grout in tile was nasty, poorly cleaned, surround sound in-opt, no pack and play as advertised in description, bulbs out, several outlets did not work, plenty of extra pillows, no pillow cases available...until we found them stuffed inside entertainment center cabinet drawer in the living room, really??? I will not stay there again.

Wonderful condo on the beach!

It was a last minute rental after Hurricane Florence diverted our original vacation in South Carolina. We booked within 24 hours and we were excited to find that the condo was very clean considering how quickly we had booked. After arriving, we were surprised that the condo was available considering how beautiful and well-equipped the condo was in addition to it's convenient location close to grocery and restaurants. Pros: The view! The view is absolutely stunning with a large balcony with entrances from the living room and the master bedroom. There was very comfortable furniture on the balcony and a chest that contained many children's beach toys - which was a real bonus for our toddlers. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the ice machine and mini-bar. There was Netflix capabilities in every room - a huge bonus! The trash chute was conveniently located just down the hall. We were very impressed by the upkeep of the property, the walkways, the pool, everything was kept tidy throughout the day. The pool itself was perfect for small children. Our 1 year old was able to have a safe place to play in the zero entry and our 3 year old loved the slide. The beach was beautiful and clean. The key pad entry was very convenient. Cons: We had seen a previous reviewer say the beds were hard (they were) and we took a mattress topper.
