Beautiful stay

It was a beautiful condo, with a BEAUTIFUL view! So glad we booked and we will be back with more people for a longer stay!

Great getaway

Was looking for property with a beach amenities and boy this property had it. Only issue was wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again.

Great view!! Comforting condo and overall enjoyable. The beach staff top notch at services. Really enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe. This is a well managed property. Would not hesitate to return for another stay. Cheers

Perfect piece of paradise.

Such a great stay again at Pelican Beach Resort. Location is central to everything you might want to do. Until has all the amenities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible-full kitchen, plenty of room and best of, balcony view of the pool and the ocean! Host was fantastic and available to answer any questions. Will definitely return! Thank you!!

Thank you for your review. Mattress in the unit is 2 years old. We know that some people prefer firmer, some softer. There is no optimum solution therefore we choose medium firm in our units.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice as in the pics.

We were not happy with the 4 rows of rental beach chair/umbrellas that completely blocked the view of the water. We were also unable to put our beach chairs near the water so we could see and enjoy the view. We were only allowed to sit on a towel in front of the rentals. We enjoyed the condo and view from the condo but would not consider staying again unless the beach chair rental situation changed.

Thank you for your review. Pelican Beach is the most popular beach in Destin. It is physically not possible that everyone sits on first row. For that reason, we state very clear in our listing and rental contract that the personal sets we provide (free of charge) can only be placed behind rental rows. We also provide all our guests with the phone number of rental company in case they would like to reserve in advance.

Awesome it was close to everywhere

It was right in the mist of everything, shopping was close, the pier was awesome,.but the most it was ocean front sit on deck and listen to the waves crash at night was the best so peaceful

Perfect place to stay

Condo was just as advertised. Very clean and owners were responsive and had great material for us prior to check in. View is wonderful. We rented chairs for the week and the Tiki Hut was great for BLT's and cocktails at night.

Emerald Coast Getaway!

Condo was exactly as advertised! Beautiful view of the white sand and Blue waters of Destin from the balcony. We loved our stay in this perfectly located condo. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described. Great location and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Loved the fact the laundry was right across the door very convenient. Check in process was smooth and communication with owner was great. Would stay again

The unit was perfect for our visit to Destin. Very clean!

Equipped with plenty of essential kitchen eating and cooking utensils. Bed very comfortable and 2 full bathrooms. View of ocean and beach was best part! Also, plenty of covered parking on site.

Peligan Beach Resort

Perfect Small Family Getaway!

Our first visit to the Destin area could not have went any better. The information provided ahead of time by the owner was very helpful. We were able to make it to Destin a few hours early, and were easily able to take advantage of the early check in. Definitely take advantage of the beach chair and umbrella rental. Buy doing so ahead of time we were able to be on the front row on the beach. The condo was clean and very well kept. My two daughters and Mom loved everything about our trip! Looking forward to coming back!

Great condo! Beautiful view!

Perfect condo for our family of four. The view of the gulf is perfect! Kids loved the bunk beds. The beach staff was very friendly and the Tiki bar did a great job with cocktails and food orders. Condo owners were very helpful and very easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin at Pelican Beach!! Great location and amenities. Very clean.

The condo was very clean and bed was comfortable. Balcony view was perfect - 3rd floor facing the ocean! The large pool had plenty of seating and was shaded by the building in the afternoon- which was great for us! Jacuzzi was available as well. Cafe & tiki hut was well situated and had great food and drinks! Servers took orders from the pool and beach front areas. Condo had kitchen with everything we needed and 2 full bathrooms- and was very well furnished. It was located centrally, close to many activities and restaurants. Yavuz communicated the process very well throughout, we had no problems or needs. Thank you for a great stay!
