Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Beautiful natural surroundings. Hosts were very hospitable and answered my needs. Parking was convenient. Use of washer and dryer was a great plus.

My parents, husband, and I stayed here for an event at UNE. The location was incredible for that. Brenda and Phil are very welcoming hosts and their house and gardens are beautiful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor table for our breakfasts (no kitchen but fruit and yogurt and doughnuts go a long way). We had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Second time staying at this VRBO. Once again the hosts were accommodating and so friendly!! They have great recommendations on restaurants and activities in the area too! Will be back in August!

Wonderful hosts! So friendly and informative! Everything we needed! Flexible on arrival and departure. Love how close it is to UNE! Looking forward to our next stay!! Found the perfect spot to take in the view just a few miles away in Biddeford Pool.

Like visiting a friend

We had a great stay with Brenda. It was like staying with a friend. The rooms were extremely comfortable and Brenda provided us with so many extras that made the stay wonderful. I highly recommend this stay.

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay at Phil and Brenda’s! They greeted us upon arrival and the home was peaceful, quiet and private. Our morning hot tub was great too. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Stay

Great stay, easy communication, clean quarters. A B&B feel as the accommodations are in an upstairs of the house over the garage / living area. Good location.

Lovely place and gracious hosts

Phil and Brenda's place was a very nice place to stay while we were running the Maine Coast half marathon. The hosts thought of every detail and made us feel right at home. We would certainly stay here again when in the area!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I. It sits back off the road surrounded by woods. It was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They provided snacks, water and soda. We enjoyed the hot tub. Located close to many beaches where we watched sunrise, sunset and moon rises. Highly recommend you should stay here!

Clean, quiet, excellent location near UNE and Biddeford Beaches

My wife, our two teenagers, and I enjoyed a week-long Maine vacation here. It was very clean, very quiet, and very conveniently located. EXTREMELY quiet and secluded location while still very close to everything you'd want to visit in the area.

Great place, great location

This was our second week-long stay here with our family of four during the summer. We plan on returning next year as well. Quiet location, accessible to everything, and exactly the size space that our family needed.

A wonderful stay

We were in Biddeford visiting our daughter who is a freshman at UNE. Loved the property and the location being walking distance to campus made for a wonderful visit. Already planning our next stay for move in for the Fall Semester!

I feel very lucky to have found this VRBO listing. Brenda and Phil were great hosts and the property is so nice and welcoming.The rooms are nicer than can be captured in the photos, and everything is rather luxurious and comfortable.The location is awesome, as it's right by UNE (I went swimming there; very nice pool and facility), and close enough to beaches, and a short drive from Kennebunk.I'd definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family.
