Modern Cottage in the heart of downtown Pensacola.NOTE: THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN PROGRESS ON THE LOTS NEXT TO THIS PROPERTY. There will be activity associated with building houses ongoing until approximately May of 2025. Phoebe's Place 2 was constructed in March 2018, and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fenced-in back yard, large patio with large patio cover and a large front porch. The Kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware, utensils, blender, hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 1 King and 2 Queen Bedrooms are all on one level with 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room, and laundry room. Extra wide drive gives you off street private parking. This cottage is just 5 blocks walk to Historic Downtown Palafox Street and countless fantastic restaurants. It's close to the Wahoo's baseball stadium, and just 8 miles to Pensacola Beach!

Stayed for a month while in town for work. Clean, very well stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans and utensils, and super nice neighbors. Will probably stay here again on following work trips.

I love this house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is comfortable. You can walk to many pubs and restaurants. The owner is very sweet and nice to deal with. Overall a great experience

We were visiting the Pensacola area to attend my brothers Navy Winging ceremony, and our stay was made that much better thanks to our stay. The rooms were tidy and clean; the house had ample space for all 4 of us staying there. The house itself was located close to many of the local places, but still in a quiet spot in town where we could relax. It was great place to stay for our visit and provide my family and I a much needed home away from home during our trip.

Cute house!!
Loved the house, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and all the amenities! Easy check-in, and the security system made us feel secure. Loved staying there!

The house was very well equipped with everything one could need - and even some stuff they didn't realize they'd need, like a TOWEL WARMER! :DWe are locals, so we weren't here for "the beach", but there were lots of 'Beach Needs' available.Check in/out was super easy. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Great location, cute house.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was so sweet and helpful. We liked the location and could walk easily to many restaurants etc.

My Go To Spot In Pcola
2nd time staying there and everything was perfect. Clean property, nice big backyard, close to downtown and short drive to the white sandy beaches.

Pensacola reminds me a lot of Nashville and you get the benefit of having a beach nearby. I love Pensacola and I wanted to share my home so that people could experience Pensacola in a home that was given a lot of tlc and attention to comfort.

What I really love is the close proximity to the downtown restaurants and being 8 miles from Pensacola Beach. You can enjoy dinner at the Bay and daytime fun in the sun at the beach.
