The house was everything as described. Plenty of room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. Lots to do on site with the games available to the guests. Cozy setting in the woods on a very quiet road. Close to town and conveniences for getting out and seeing the sites.

Wonderful stay!

Loved this well planned out house with great views, great layout for a family of five! Good kitchen, and plenty of space in a beautiful part of the world! All beds good, great atmosphere.

Beautiful, Quiet Spot

It was a great place to stay with friends for a weekend. Went on a nice hike to waterfalls and visited a local winery.

Relaxing Getaway

This home was absolutely beautiful, with excellent views of the Hood River valley. Extremely clean, with lots of space for friends and family to eat and entertain :)

Hood River wedding

We loved staying at Fir Mountain, the house was large and clean and nicely accommodated all of us. The surrounding property was beautiful and the view was amazing. The kitchen well stocked and the hot tub was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome for families!

This home is perfect for families and anyone that wants to get out and adventure outside. It's super close to skiing and hiking in the gorge. It's super relaxing and has a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub has a lovely view.

Beautiful home in gorgeous and peaceful forested setting. Enjoyed the wildlife. Deer and wild turkeys. Convenient to town, wineries, restaurants.

Great location, birds galore, awesome wineries close by. The house was very clean and this was our second time in this house. Hopefully we can continue renting this on a yearly basis!

This property is gorgeous! Amazing location, beautiful views, easy to get to town. So well stocked and excellent communication with the hosts! I’d love to return. It felt so nice to return to this beautiful home after a day out and about.

A wonderful refuge in a beautiful setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great, the kitchen was remarkably well-stocked with cookware, etc. and the setting was peaceful and relaxing. Easy access to skiing at Mt. Hood AND hiking in the Gorge. At one point, a herd of elk paid us a visit! Highly recommended...
