WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT?
It is one of the NICEST units in The Shores of Panama. It has been professionally remodeled with beautiful furniture and fresh colors and loaded with original art. There is no carpet anywhere...all hard surface floors. It has a DOUBLE balcony with master and living room panoramic views.
Upon arrival you will go to concierge desk and obtain wristbands and 1 parking pass for your entire stay. It is a $75+tax one time fee. This is a requirement from the resort for all guests. NO resort fee for reservations made after 4/20/25 1 parking pass and 6 armbands for our unit are allowed. If you have more than 1 vehicle there is paid city overflow parking down the street or fcfs limited extra parking in garage.
We have a NEW high capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. It will come in handy on week stays.
This unit comes with one FRONT reserved parking spot in the most convenient location on the 2nd floor garage and is conveniently located close to the elevator. Elevators and stairs are only feet away from the entry to the room. We have a total of 3 condos very close to each other in the building for groups.
Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking to your car.
The bunk room has a door, smart tv, and closet as well as private bath. The bottom bunk is a FULL size.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is a large room with smart tv, full bath and closet. There is also a desk and chair for remote work. View is straight out to the gulf.
The living room has a sofa with a queen pull out with a memory foam mattress. Please note the stucco is being replaced on the building and there will be workers around the property with possible noise. Our balcony stucco is completed so there is no risk of closure or workers on our balcony.
This is an artist's personal condo completely remodeled and furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!!
We are located on the 16th floor. Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.
PLEASE NOTE
Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. It is easy to obtain and available through multiple companies. Just google travel insurance.

The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and workout room.

Enjoyable stay ⛱️☀️

Unit was as described. Perfect for 2 people or would be great for a couple with small children. Stephanie was very helpful. Parking spot was excellent. Didn’t need a cart.

Family Time

Stephanie was outstanding in replying to any questions and was very proactive in providing information about the condo. The condo is in an ideal location, and has everything you need for a short or extended stay! My family and I had a fantastic time and I would definitely book here again and I highly recommend her and the condo for vacation for other travelers.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as advertised with beautiful views of the gulf. We would stay again but at a less busy time- we went during spring break so beach was VERY busy!

Long weekend

This place has an amazing view and you can relax on the balcony and listen to the waves. Unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a living room/kitchen area. Everything was comfortable and stocked. The bunk room is small with no where to put suitcases, but still worth it to have the separate space! The beach access was nice and we also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The indoor pool was closed our entire stay which was kind of a bummer since I knew it would be too cold to swim outside and looked for a place with an indoor pool. Plenty to do in the area as well.

Nice vacation

We had a good experience from checking into parking area until we left for home today. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The workers acted like they enjoyed their work. Our parking place was near the elevator and the elevator was close to our condo. The only complaint I have is the weather was not as warm as I would have liked but nothing could be done about that! We had a little glitch with our TV but as soon as Stephanie was aware of it, it was corrected in minutes. I have no complaints, great experience!

Top Notch place

This condo was a dream. The view from our 16th floor condo was amazing. Stephanie was very good at responding to any questions and was super helpful. We would definitely come back just maybe not in January. We missed Pineapple Willy's since they were closed for some work but we will be back.

Great place to stay!

We had the best time! The resort is beautiful. The kiddos loved the pool/hot tub. The security at the beach gate and the parking garage is a huge plus. Wouldn’t recommend leaving anything at the end of walkway as you stroll on the beach. My daughter had her crocs taken. The condo was wonderful. The artwork that the owner did herself is beautiful! The second bedroom with bunk is smaller than I thought. Great for kids, but tight if you have adults sleep in there. View from balcony is beautiful and relaxing! We can’t wait for our next visit!

Home away from home

We had an amazing stay. Even before we booked, I messaged Stephanie with a few questions. She was quick to respond and gave answers that helped make my decision. The property is beautiful. The pool was one of the best we saw. Beach Service was a deciding factor for us. This property didn’t include it but there is a hut right in front of the property that will set you up with chairs for the day. So easy. They even have beach activities you can purchase there. The owner gave great recommendations on things to do while in town. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for what we needed. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The main bedroom area is huge. The second bedroom is smaller, as expected, but there is plenty of room to sleep and put your clothes and that bathroom is big. The kitchen had everything we needed. If we come back to PCB, we will stay again!

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable for our family of four. Going on vacation with kids can be stressful but this condo had all the amenities that we're all used to at home. The location was awesome, it's right in the middle of everything and the staff is so friendly. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Perfect

Unit was great! Beautiful view, well stocked, and the hosts were extremely helpful & nice! Elevators at the resort can be a little aggravating, but the host gave us some tips that helped with that as well. The kids loved the bunkbeds, and they absolutly went crazy for the pool! Having pineapple willys right next door was a major plus as well! Overall was a great experience!

The condo was very clean, great view of the ocean, online check-in made it easy to access, and the reserved parking spot was a big plus! The location is perfect for PCB. The property owner was very engaged and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Family Trip to PCB

My Husband, 2 daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. I am super picky about room cleanliness when we travel. This condo felt like home. I can tell the cleaning service is too notch! Bed was super comfortable. Loved the large balcony. The pool was a big hit with my girls- the poolside snack bars were awesome! Susan was great to answer any questions I had. Thanks again!

Will not be back

The condo itself was okay. The second bedroom was tiny and didn’t have room for my kids Clothes. No dresser besides two drawers that were underneath the bunk bed. They put their clothes in the bathroom and living room. The balcony view was nice. This condo is located on the 16th floor. Our bed in the main bedroom was hard as a rock. Everything else in the condo itself was fine and clean. My biggest complaint is the lack of elevators. All the other stuff I could’ve dealt with. There were so many people always waiting and half the time some of the elevators were not working. Too many people for the amount of elevators in that building. Everyone we ran into at the elevator looked miserable. You can take the stairs, but climbing 16 flights isn’t easy. If this condo had been on a lower level it would’ve been better (1-5), or if there had been more elevators. I don’t like giving a bad review, but I feel like others should know what they’re getting into. The owner of the condo was very nice and did communicate very fast when I asked questions. Overall- the condo building and beach was just too crowded for me. I’ll stick with my smaller condo building in Miramar. Less stressful and more time spent having fun instead of riding in an elevator to get to 16th floor…

Very nice location and cute place to stay.

Very well maintained and roomy. Nice views. Owner was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Only real complaint is what they had for cookware. That could be updated with nicer cookware. Other then that the place was very nice. I would stay there again.
