Great location! Cozy home with a mid-century flair in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Sarasota. Family friendly home with a fenced in back yard. The home is close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, bayfront, and beaches. The home is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, a 10 minute drive to St. Armands and Lido Key, and a 20 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. The home is also in walking distance from Payne Park and the Legacy Trail. This is great for biking and walking. One dog will be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.

Peaceful neighborhood

Nice, relaxing place. Great access to The Legacy Trail for jogging or biking or walking. The kitchen has probably everything you need.

Family visit

Great location, quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated which made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. Cooked a number of meals there. The screened in patio was a highlight for meals and for hanging out. Highly recommend!

We arrived to the most quaint & eccletic neighborhood. The home so cute and very pleased with the private backyard fenced. We were just minutes from the beaches and everything else. We were very happy and felt safe

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. House was just as pictured, very comfy and homey. Well furnished. Also, enjoyed time on the lanai. Location for us was perfect! Short walk to downtown and very close to Legacy Trail. Would definitely stay here again.

This vacation home is beautifully decorated, making you feel right at home.

The house is very clean and well equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your vacation in siesta key. Beds are super comfortable. Leslie the owner was always responsive We would love to stay at this property again next time we visit Siesta Key.

Wonderful Getaway

Charming home and well appointed for a lengthy stay. We cooked in and enjoyed the screen porch! Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and so convenient to downtown Sarasota. We’d love to stay again sometime. Leslie is so thoughtful and communicative.

Wonderful

House was clean and so well stocked..lots of details to make our stay so comfortable. Everything was so well appointed..furniture..beds ..kitchen. The screened in porch was a plus. We enjoyed the location. Leslie was so easy to work with. Just one of our best stays in Florida!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was layed out perfectly, spacious, everything needed was there. It was close to Payne park and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Treats for all on kitchen counter, we had a great stay! Thank you.

Perfect stay

We needed to move out of our house for a few days while it was under AC construction. The host of this VRBO was responsive and gracious enough to allow our pets and a late check out. The house was decorated nicely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, olive oil, and a few spices. The house had a cute outdoor space as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Terrific House & Great Host

This is one of the most comfortable VRBO’s we have ever experienced. The furnishings are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice screened porch dining area. The queen bed is great. We also very much appreciated the quick and accurate communication with Leslie. Five stars all the way!!

Relaxing Retreat

We loved this house! It was very clean, airy, bright and nicely furnished in fun mid-century modern decor. Great screened in porch where we enjoyed all of our meals. Nice fenced in backyard with patio and grill. Quiet neighborhood close to Payne Park and Arlington Park Aquatic Center. Just a quick drive to Siesta Key Beach or Lido Beach and St. Armand's Square. Leslie was very helpful with recommendations on places to go, things to see and terrific places to eat. We'd re-book in a heartbeat!

This home is PERFECT - gives you "all the feels". From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a sense of peace and calm; beautifully decorated, and to say it is clean is an understatement! The neighborhood is quiet and safe; not far from downtown at all. The yard is private and the screened in patio is a nice added space for outdoor dining too. The home is fully stocked with all the comforts of home! The host is responsive and respectful of your space as well. Such a nice experience. Will be back for sure!

NEPA travelers

Mid century oasis close to all that Sarasota has to offer. Hostess’s recommendations were on the money. The house had all amenities expected of a rental, and then some. Lanai was well laid out and gave 180degree visual for our dog who played safely. Interior was well appointed, comfortable and convenient. Kitchen was laid out perfect to our cooking needs. We would like to thank our hostess, Leslie, who was always available for questions or suggestions. We especially recommend this property for folks traveling with a pet.

family time

We had the best time ever! Leslie was so nice and quick to respond to correspondence. She was very sweet to leave lights on for us because we were arriving late and left some good coffee and wine for us as well. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed - games, books, extra towels, kitchen supplies for lots of cooking, etc. We especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai - coffee and breakfast in the mornings and games in the evenings. The house furnishings were inviting and comfortable, the place was spotlessly clean, and the house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was also just a few blocks from my parents' house, so very convenient for us! Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

PERFECT!

Our family absolutely loved this home. It was perfect in every way. Super clean, very quiet, great neighborhood for walking, riding bikes, etc. The location is amazing. Close to downtown, Lido Key, the Ringling Museum, and so many other places. This is the place!

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at the Chilltime house. It was very clean and well stocked; is in a very convenient location (only about 1 mile to downtown Sarasota); in a nice quiet neighborhood. The screened porch with a ceiling fan is a great asset. We used the gas grill a few times and ate many meals on the screened porch, and the private fenced yard was really good for us and our dog. I would definitely recommend this house, and the owner was easy to reach and is good about communication.

Couldn't have asked for more!

What a great 2 weeks we had at Leslie's house in Sarasota. The house was super-clean and situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood just east of downtown. We had everything we needed to be able to cook all our meals there and enjoyed dinner on the great screened in porch every night. There's also a big backyard. Leslie was a wonderful, responsive host and her house was perfect for us. We'll be heading back in the future, for sure.

Perfect for a family getaway

This property felt like home. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The location is very quiet and close to most attractions of the areas. We stopped at a grocery to pick up some supplies before arriving but the home was so well stocked that actually ended up returning a lot of it. Definitely the perfect place to stay if you're coming to this area.
