Great location & very clean

We loved our stay at this cute home that is centrally located to many places. The house was very clean, quiet neighborhood, and I loved all the instructional labels, made things easier.

Sarasota Visit

We enjoyed our 4 nights in Sarasota. Home was perfect as we enjoyed visiting our son and his fiancé. They live downtown. Maureen and Patrick were very flexible as they allowed us to change our dates due to weather. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Experience

Beautiful home and gardens perfectly located to area beaches and restaurants. The outdoor space takes advantage of the perfect Florida weather. We loved our time here. Host was awesome answering our questions and was very knowledgeable of the area.

Perfect location, home and hosts

We loved our stay in Sarasota and couldn't have been happier with the location so close to Downtown and this super cute home. There was everything we could need in our 'home from home' to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hosts were wonderful to work with, and went out of their way to help us with our checking in and out schedules. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house, perfect location

Luxury Resort Tropical Back Yard

Our stay was more than expected with everything we needed and wanted in a VRBO. The yard is a work of art and very peaceful. Had our morning coffee and evening wine there, its magical. Owners are super sweet and answered all questions promptly.

Great Sarasota Vacation

This Vrbo property was awesome. The owner was attentive to all of our needs coming from out of state for vacation, even giving local advice on great restaurants, things to do, etc. The house is perfect for a couples getaway or small family. The backyard and lanai were really cool settings. Great location near downtown Sarasota and beaches of Lido and Longboat Key. Highly recommend!

Perfect tranquility amongst lush tropical garden

We absolutely loved staying at the property. It was truly a fantastic getaway. It was very tranquil, and the gardens were very lush and beautiful. You can take different paths around the garden to various different seating areas. Absolutely stunning!!! The owners were very nice and easy to deal with.

Great house in a great location!

Super clean and private. The interior of this house is beautiful and included everything we needed and more. The backyard is very private with amazing plantings. We will miss our morning coffee sitting out there! The location is walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beaches. We will definitely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood

Stay here was super easy and comfortable. House is nicely furnished, and yes, great towels if you are wondering. The garden in the back is the perfect place for morning coffee. Owner introduced herself and is very nice and accommodating. I wish I had more time to sit outside, but we were out and about most the days.

the best of Sarasota and a secret garden!

This was the perfect place for me, my husband and our tween to spend our first ever tropical Christmas! We were in town to visit family and having a cozy bungalow (instead of a hotel) with a mini slice of garden paradise out back made the trip 10x more fun and relaxing. A quiet, safe residential location but still very close to Sarasota's best attractions and beautiful spots. The Waterfront parks and bike path are only a few blocks away. The house is clean, with all the comforts of home and just the right amount of eclectic design touches. The owners clearly care about making their guests' Sarasota visit easy and fun -- be sure to check out the MANY binders of info on local sites and activities. We look forward to making this sweet place our Sarsasota home base for a future visit!

This is a lovely property with a beautiful yard. I especially loved the screened porch for enjoying a quiet breakfast in the morning, listening to the birds and soaking in the tropical atmosphere. Patrick and Maureen are great to work with and very thoughtful!

Midwest gal!

Spent a wonderful week in a Sarasota at Pat and Maureen 's Vacation Rental it was Spot on! Comfortable and stylish loved the garden it was a perfect setting to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. They were very helpful and knowledgable about the area. Would love to go back one day.

Tropical relaxation

The property was even better than the pictures. The house was perfectly clean, the furnishings comfortable, and Maureen and Patrick have thought of everything a guest could ever need. The back yard is a tropical paradise and we took advantage of every seating location, evening sitting under the tiki hut during a rain shower. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Sarasota.

Our central downtown Sarasota location is one of the best places to stay to be close to everything you'll want to do while visiting. The residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walk or Bike to many popular destinations. Only 1 mile to downtown Main Street shops and restaurants. Super close for biking to the Legacy bike Trail and a short walk to the free trolley that takes you down Main St to St Armands and Lido Key beach. Walk to the Publix grocery store and Payne Park's 40 acres with playground, Tennis courts, skateboard park and Frisbee golf. We are also close to Selby Gardens, Sarasota Bay and Marina Jacks/Bayfront Park Tiki bar and restaurants on the water and Bobby Jones Golf course.

All you have to do is read our five star reviews. Our guests appreciate coming into a clean well equipped home. Our central location is a big hit. We are close to everything. 1 mile to Main St. Down the street from the Legacy bike trail and free trolley to St Armands and Lido Key beach. Tropical landscaped garden is a big feature. Multiple seating areas with TIKI and Umbrellas including a screened in back lanai/porch. The home is fully equipped and updated. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach equipment, WIFI, Cable TV, Ekornes stress-less leather reclining chairs and Wood floors. Lots of information provided about Sarasota attractions and restaurants. All you need is your suit case. The home has everything you will need. If you like to eat in the kitchen has everything including an outdoor propane BBQ. We are only 7.5 miles to the Benderson Rowing Park. And just around the corner to the Dattoli Cancer Center, the Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Baltimore Oriole Spring Training. There is a city Golf course near by called Bobby Jones. Smoking is permitted in the back or front yard.
