It's all about location!
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom two-story condominium in the highly sought-after Arlington Park neighborhood is minutes from Sarasota and Sarasota Memorial Hospital and central to either Lido, Longboat or Siesta Key.
The expansive living room features vaulted ceilings creating a bright, airy atmosphere. Step outside to the private outdoor patio for a BBQ and enjoy the firepit and romantic evenings under the stars and/or enjoy the string lights for a festive party vibe.
The master bedroom suite located on the 2nd floor is an oasis where you can enjoy a spa-like experience in the wood adorned bathroom with vaulted ceilings..There's a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a kitchenet with microwave and mini-fridge as well as a seating area overlooking the backyard. There's also a 65" smart tv.
Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. You can walk out to the screened-in porch.
Bedroom 3 has a pull-out queen-size bed that is actually very comfortable and brand new! The laundry machine is also in this room and the bathroom is 3 feet outside the bedroom in the hall.
All rooms have smart TVs and power strips for phones etc.
The outdoor area has a beautiful firepit, BBQ and string lights for a very chill, romantic vibe!

There is a communal pool but it is very rarely busy. The pool is heated!
We are very close to Publix and literally 3 minutes from downtown. You can easily go north to Lido Beach and/or Longboat Key or head south to Siesta Key. We're also about 2 minutes from Sarasota Memorial Hospital, chipotle, McDonalds, Panera, Starbucks, ice cream in Pinecraft (an Amish/Mennonite community) and Hillview (great local restaurants).
