Very nice property. Spacious, clean and quiet. Just as advertised....definitely will return to this property. Host excellent. Close to restaurants, outlet mall and grocery store. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway.

Equipped with everything we needed and large yard made it a great place to wear out grandkids. Convenient location for Arboretum and West Asheville.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent with easy access to arboretum and west Asheville. It was a beautiful property and very comfortable for our family of 4.

House was easy to get to and the perfect location for our trip to the PGA tournament. Becky clearly and quickly communicated everything we need to know. House was really spacious and had everything we needed. Lots of extra towels, blankets, supplies, kitchen items, etc. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the air. We contacted the host and she was very responsive to the issue and it was taken care of quickly. I would stay there again

Very nice,clean ,comfortable home.Unfortunately,air conditioning went out the first night we were there,but the hosts were very responsive. They were in contact with heating and air repairmen immediately ,and brought out window units which worked well when the main unit could not be repaired.

The host was most accommodating. The home was perfect for our stay....very warm and welcoming. It was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever booked. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

We came to Asheviile to celebrate my mom's birthday. My mom, myself and 2 sister's had a great stay. This house was clean and cozy amd we would stay again. The host was amazing to work with.

We had a great time staying at this lovely home for a girls weekend getaway. We had 4 adults and 1 teenager. It was perfect for our needs and was very conveniently located to Biltmore which was the main location we were visiting. There was also a Publix and Fresh Market about 15 minutes away which was super helpful. The home is spacious and has an old-school charm to it. The dogwood trees outside were beautifully in bloom and the outside of the property looks exactly like the picture. The property owner was very responsive and easy to contact. This was our first time using Vrbo and we're very grateful we did.

Very comfortable clean, spacious home. The bedding and linens were soft and luxurious. The grounds were beautiful. I would recommend staying at this property. Wish we stayed longer.

We spent two nights at this Asheville property during a family trip (five adults) that also included Charleston, SC, and it worked really well as a home base for visiting the Biltmore.The home was clean, spacious, and gave our group plenty of room to spread out and relax. It felt comfortable right away, and everything was set up in a way that made settling in easy after a long travel day.Becky was a great host. She was very accommodating when stormy weather impacted our travel plans and responded quickly whenever we had questions. Check-in and check-out instructions were also clear and easy to follow.One small note for future guests, the listing indicated that one of the rooms had two king beds, but that was not the case during our stay. It wasn’t an issue for us since we were family and didn't mind sharing a bed, but it may be worth confirming if you need specific sleeping arrangements.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely book again. It’s a solid option for families or groups looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay in the Asheville area.

Our host was awesome! Returned calls and txt very quickly! The house was spotless, all amenities we could imagine were there. We had asked ahead of our arrival about a crock pot and a booster seat. Both were waiting when we arrived. Would plan to stay here again!

We had a great time. House is close to most things, but still provides peace and privacy. We even saw a mama bear and 3 cubs in the evenings. Owner was easy to reach and had a few good recommendations for activities and food.
