Relax and enjoy our pleasant and welcoming well equipped Home away from Home. Here you will find real Hawaiian flair within a cute renovated Plantation style Home. Location is prime - 5min to the Beach Parks, 3min to the Airport & 7min to Downtown. Our private House features 3 separate Bedrooms which is perfect for larger groups and families. Easy Self Check-in.

Our clean comfortable home will welcome you with Aloha! Spend days exploring Waterfalls or enjoy a trip to the Volcano National Park!

We are located in a perfect Location to explore beautiful Hilo! The fully equipped kitchten allows you the comforts of home. Enjoy free WiFi and Netflix! Ceiling fans in every room and breezy windows are awaiting you!!

In the carport area you will find a nice sitting area with a table, BBQ`s and a brand new washer&dryer.

In the backyard you`ll find delicious Oranges and Lilikois, feel free to eat them and sit on the lawn chairs with a large sun shade umbrella. The property features a nice sized yard, perfect for children to play.

The three separate bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen are spacious and will give you enough room for your whole group of family&friends. You will find plenty of towels in our home, also beach towels.

Guest can self Check-in with Keypad on Door.

You can Check yourself in via Keypad on the Door. We are happy to provide recommendations to our favorite spots to see and for food! Just ask us :) we happy to assist you!

The landscape of Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii, is diverse. Beaches of black, gray, brown and white sand give way to mountains and dramatic waterfalls. Hilo`s Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo is the only U.S. zoo in a tropical rainforest.

A day trip away are snow-capped Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, with observatories near 11,000 feet on both mountains, and Kilauea Caldera, an active Volcano.

Back in town are farmers market, restaurants, shopping and amazing banyan trees.

Comfortable house in a great spot for exploring the Hilo side — waterfalls and Volcanoes National Park were an easy drive. Also, it’s close to Hilo airport. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights was being able to pick fresh oranges from the backyard tree — they were absolutely amazing! Such a special touch that made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely love to come back.

The house was fantastic - great condition and cozy and comfortable. They even provided beach gear like boogie boards, snorkels and beach towels, not to mention local coffee and cookies on arrival. The location was close to grocery stores, easy to get to downtown, and close to the beaches as well. Only downside were loud roosters in the neighborhood, but that's just part of being in Hilo. Overall the stay was fantastic and would definitely stay here next time we're in the area

We really enjoyed our stay here in Hilo. The house offered a great spot to wind down at after a long day out and about. We used most of the beach stuff on our various trips to go swimming! The host provided great information about places to eat and see and recreate and the house is walking distance from a few things if you need a break from driving!

Lovely Home with Great Host!

This charming and conveniently located home had everything we needed to have a great stay in Hilo. The host was responsive from booking and during the stay to after we left. We loved Simone and would stay in this home again! Clean, so close to the sights and a nice size with beach gear!

The rooms were comfortable with AC in each room - good since it was a little warm in Hilo during our stay. The extras - snorkels, fins, snacks and such were great. The grill, laundry and appliances were all perfect for our needs. This was a great location for the many places we wanted to visit and was really close to the grocery, Walmart, and other places we wanted to "run" to. I'd be happy to rent here again.

The house is decorated very cute and was loaded with thoughtful details to have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The snorkle gear needed to be cleaned, but there were towels, first aid kits, sewing kit, even bug spray and sunscreen! The kitchen had everything we needed, since we cooked most of our meals there and the grill worked well and was clean. The bedrooms have a wall unit air conditioner, but two of them automatically turned off after a short time, so it was tough to stay comfortable, especially over night, when you aren't able to go over and press the button to restart them. (Possibly user error?) The living room, kitchen and bathroom have no AC. Although we wanted to sit together to eat or watch TV for a few hours, it was so hot that everyone ended up sitting on their beds near the AC units. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. If you are using this as base camp to sleep and not spending time in the house, it works well. It isn't a comfortable place to hang out in if you aren't used to the high temps with extremely high humidity. The driveway is extremely steep, but there is also street parking if you are afraid to drive down. The host was responsive and helpful - great communication!

Hilo Adventure

The property was super clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable and its location was great. We definitely would stay again and would recommend to all.

Great place with lots of nice little touches

Great place for a stay. Lots of thoughtful touches that made visiting the sights in the area convenient, like providing umbrellas, labeling light switches, a cooler to use. Location was convenient, but was a little noisy the weekend we were there.

Kids in town

Our daughter and her family loved the house. Nice size, great yard, easy parking. We did Christmas dinner there, plenty of room. Location is great near by Hilo and Puna.

Wonderful house!

Great location within easy walking distance of so many great places. We were given clear instructions and helpful suggestions for restaurants and groceries. The free welcome basket was unexpected and so amazing!! We parked at the street level because the driveway is steep. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again!

Hidden gem

There are not many listings or hotels in Hilo especially for family of 5. This place was right in the heart of Hilo, only 7 minutes from the airport. It was very nice and well appointed property and would been excellent for a longer stay. We loved the one night we were there and the communication with property manager was excellent.

Great Space In Hilo Town

This home was perfect for my small family. Well equipped with all necessary amenities and even some extras, including coolers, beach, chairs, beach, umbrellas, snorkels, and boogie boards. My kids enjoyed running around the yard and picking fresh fruit. Very cold AC in all rooms made it comfortable to sleep at night. My only complaint would be the neighbor’s dog has a very loud bold bark, but we understand that there’s not much that the host could’ve done about that.

Home away from home

This house was perfect for our family. My wife and I, and our two children (9 and 12), enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. Had everything we needed, AC worked well, house was clean, location was central to all sight seeing spots in Hilo, close to other shopping centers for supplies. Communication with owners and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend ! We would definitely stay here again and are already planning our next trip to the big island. Thank you guys so much.

Everything you need if staying in hilo

House was perfect for us. Nice yard for kids to play in and a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked nicely with cookware and supplies. So nice they supply beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a large cooler. We had a blast and appreciated all the extras the host provided.we had a minor issue with the toilet and they were fast in responding and addressing it. Would highly recommend staying here for families.

Great property in Hilo

We stayed at this property for the Hilo portion of our big island trip. We had 2 kids, 3 adults and the house was perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots pans, storage containers, etc. I was impressed with the quality of kitchen ware. Note: there is no dishwasher, but it was not too much of a hardship to hand wash uo the few dishes we used.The collection of beach supplies was appreciated. Including snorkeling gear, boogie boards, towels, chairs, etc.

Hilo neighborhood stay

The property was exactly as listed. Lots of pros - it was very clean, a stocked kitchen with anything you would need to cook or pack a lunch for the beach, large living room, comfy beds and a nice bathroom with extras like cotton balls and q-tips. There was even welcome gifts. I was nervous about the reviews of the barking dog next door, but it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, a central location for a stay in Hilo. I would suggest you stop Hawaiian Style Cafe and Cupcakes, Boom! (both within walking distance). We also ate at Cafe Pesto in downtown Hilo which was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!
