Ocean & Maunakea View Guesthouse on a Private 5-Acre Property

I appreciate your feedback, though I was genuinely confused by your comments that the home was “not particularly well stocked in anything” and that it was simply a “good enough property, only worth a 3 star review”. Our property is equipped with all the essentials as described in the listing, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper goods, a starter set of coffee, and a spice rack. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and utensils, and we provide extra pillows and blankets for guest comfort. The home also features quality furnishings, a covered deck with beautiful ocean views, and a spacious setting on 6 acres in one of Hilo’s most desirable neighborhoods. I also noticed we did not receive any messages during your stay regarding missing items or concerns. We are always happy to assist and would have gladly addressed anything if given the opportunity. We travel often ourselves, and in our experience, many hotels and timeshares do not offer the same level of amenities, space, and setting that we provide at this property.
