Visit us at
One of the few “ma & pa” places left on Clearwater Beach. Small, cozy, friendly, and family operated for 40 years. We are a small apartment building with 10 different apartments located on the north end of the island. The building is walking distance to everything. The beach, restaurants, shops, Pier 60, and marina. The trolley makes a stop right in front of our building in case you want to really venture out. The apartment has 1 queen sized bed, a full sized living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Nice staycation

We are local but not close enough to the beach local. This was a very low traffic spot just a 5-10 minute walk from everything Clearwater has to offer. Next time I’ll bring my fishing pole, definitely recommend this location!

Great beach house

Everything you need to stay in Clearwater for a weekend is this house. It’s 1 block away from the beach, super clean, it has a little dock with a couple chairs and an excellent view, private parking… just perfect

apartments right on the bay. very nice and cozy. 1 bedroom with comfy bed, full kitchen and larger bathroom. dock with chairs to sit out and watch the water life. 1 walking block to beach. easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. parking right onsite. allowed for small dog. it was perfect for my husband, pebbles our chihuahua and myself. we even stayed an extra day. Marta was very nice and accomodating. enjoyed our stay very much!

We were very lucky to find this place for our vacation...It's right by the bay, you are literally right down the street from the beach...The place was cute & very clean the owners were very nice as well...me & my wife enjoyed it tremendously!

Really enjoyable time

Recently visited wirh my granddaughter. It was a great, safe place to stay. We didn't need for a thing, and we felt safe at night. It was quiet & enjoyable. Our neighbor was great & we will definitely be back & will recommend to everyone.. Thank you!

You get what you pay for

Location was great for beach access and generally quiet for a Holiday weekend. Grounds were not very well kept up. Building is in dire need of upkeep and repair. As others have said, noisy water pipes [always thought someone was knocking on the door] assorted grills, boat motor and some patio furniture in decay unless you're lucky. Beach chairs not seen as the picture portrays. Not sure if there is weekly or monthly rentals there but sure seem to be. I'm sure it was just our weekend there, they apt next to us had a visit from the police concerning a domestic disturbance which seemed to be resolved with one partner agreeing to leave, but never did. Apt was clean and comfortable, even with the fridge sounding like taking off from a runway [but did make great ice]. Overall, you get what you pay for so at best 3 stars.

Peaceful and relaxing

This property is located on the North Side and it is more peaceful and enjoyable. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay again!

40th wedding anniversary

This is not a five star location or room, but it was very neat and clean. Mike and Marta are very nice people. We had a very good time.

Great convenient place to stay. Short walk to beach. The place is very dated but clean enough. Shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. Bathroom door had a big hole. Outside it is situated right on the waterway which is nice to sit on the deck.

Loved being able to lay out and get sun on the deck and the lounge chairs that are already there for my convenience. Windy beach days made that nice! Very cool hidden gem.

If you are a true lover of Clearwater Beach, then you really will appreciate this place! It is the perfect place to stay on North Beach. You can enjoy the sunrise just steps away on the dock and the sunset is a 5 min walk. I can't wait to go back to the beach and stay here again. It was safe, clean, and accessible to all we needed from North Beach all the way down to South Beach. We will be back as soon as possible.

Bay Royal vacation

Minutes walking from white sand beach, shops and restaurants. Funky cool dock overlooking bay - great for morning coffee / late night cocktails. Friendly resident cat and Great Egret. We had a great time. Recommended! J and K

Perfect Vacation Location

The building is on a block of two away from the main strip with lots of restaurants as well as the beach. Check in and out was seamless and super easy.

This is a great hidden gem

You know you've really scored when the first thing your husband says is, "what a great place!" This is a great hidden gem within walking distance of the beach and shopping. My requirements: clean, quiet, and comfortable and these rooms delivered! The rooms were clean, the area was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Mike and Marta were the best hosts! They were very quick to reply to messages. I will 100% stay there the next time we're in town.

Hosts were very friendly and responsive throughout! Great location, easy walk to the beach. We loved that there was a kitchenette and we were able to make a lot of our own meals. Very clean. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again! Thanks so much for everything!
