Pots and pans need to be replaced. They are dangerous with the scratched bottoms. The AC was not working downstairs. We changed the filter but found that the panels o the doors were so full of dust that it was restricting air flow. We enjoyed our stay. We hope future renters enjoy the beach toys we left behind.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We discovered German roaches in the ice maker that our family had been getting ice out of, and they were coming out throughout the house at night. Pest control was called, and the pest-control company confirmed an active infestation and found the nest behind the refrigerator and ice maker. This was extremely unsettling and made it very difficult for our family to feel comfortable during our vacation. Considering the amount we paid for this rental, we expected the home to be clean, sanitary, and properly maintained. The location and size of the home were nice, but the confirmed roach infestation had a significant impact on our stay. I do not recommend staying at this property.

Right on the beach and plenty of room. Place was kinda run down and dirty. For 2,500 a night - you would except top tier. We found all the towels dirty and in a closet up stairs. There was old food in places, dirty sinks that did not drain and a few roaches. just felt very cheap. There wasnt even a broom or any cleaning products. Bare minimum

2023 Beach Trip

Our stay was amazing and the house was just as presented online. Everything was wonderful, and we loved being right on the beach and close to Pier Park. We will stay here again!!!

Ideal beach house

If you love staying at the beach with the beach an ocean as your backyard, this is the place for you. Perfect house for large family and get together for friends.

October weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The house is literally steps away from the beach and super close to Pier Park.The home is beautiful and spacious.

Great Place to stay

This was a great place to stay with a group of friends. Everything from the booking process to checking out was great. The house itself was in a good location and was in good shape. It had beach chairs for us to use a long with a cooler. We will definitely choose this house again when we return to PCB.

This was very conveniently located to Pier Park

Was a wonderfully maintained house. Needed a little maintenance and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely rent again!

Incredible beach local!

Awesome! My daughter and her Ironman friends loved it as did we! I can’t wait to come back and bring the half of the family that couldn’t make it this time!

Thanksgiving Trip

Great house with a great location, right on the beach. Can easily walk to pier park and an easy drive to most restaurants and shops. House was clean and as described. It was perfect for our family and very convenient have a second living room upstairs with the other 4 bedrooms.

Great house and location!!

We stayed here for Thunder Beach 2024 and had the perfect location! Was able to walk to bars and restaurants easily, and being on the main drag during bike week was very entertaining. The huge windows overlooking the beach was so beautiful and the house wasn’t far from the shoreline; easy walk. The house was spacious and very accommodating. We plan on staying here again next year. Great spot!!

Beautiful house, great access to the beach

Plenty of room for our family reunion on the beach. Great views of beach from inside the house. Large deck for enjoying view outside (from 1st and 2nd floors). 2 different common areas to congregate inside. Bedrooms/bathrooms were nice. Really enjoyed our stay.
