Condo was currently renovated in 2025! Come fall in love with the tranquility of Carolina Beach. Unwind & enjoy this bottom level 800 sq. ft. duplex condo with a patio. Conveniently located directly across the street from the ocean with a public beach access, and a few walking steps to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. Condo has key-less entry access, and 2 steps to enter into unit. Perfect for couples & small families of 2-4 MAX, INCLUDING children.

** On-site, private pool - must bring your own chairs to the pool. **
Open in May till October (weather permitting).

Owner personally contacts all guests prior to their arrival. Must return call to receive parking pass & door code.

NON-smoking unit.

NO PETS - HOA enforced pet policy!

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.

** Linens – guests are required to bring their own sheets, bath and kitchen towels **

Owner can also contact linen company if required. $33.00 for queen sheet set, 2 towels, 2 wash & 2 hand towels.

** 2025 - The cleaning service will provide a basic WELCOME KIT of supplies, enough to get you started for a few days, so it is suggested to bring everything you might need with you. **

On-site parking for ONE (1) VEHICLE ONLY - HOA enforces towing policy!!!

Check-in is @ 3:00pm; Check-out is @ 10:00am. Strictly enforced!!!

ALL early and late departures MUST be pre-arranged with owner. Fee will apply depending on time.

During the prime SUMMER months, 3 night minimum.

Monthly AVAIL : October 2025 - May 1, 2026.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at this Vrbo property was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped. The nearby walking trails were great for exploring the area. The hosts were attentive and provided helpful local recommendations. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

Great stay! Perfect location. Parked when arriving and didn't need to get back in the car until we left. Host was AMAZING in making sure we felt at home and had everything we needed.

Girl's Trip

The condo was absolutely perfect for us! This was our first girl's trip and we hope to make it a new tradition every year to start off summer break! Walk across the street for beach access which makes it great to run in to refresh your beverage, lifeguard on duty all day, pool is 50 steps or less, and the small patio entrance was great. We were provided chairs, umbrella, beach toys, books, and a well stocked kitchen! Perfect!

Just as advertised 😁

My family had a lovely time staying at the condo. That location was super convenient. The beach was right across the street. We even walked to the boardwalk to see a concert and watch fireworks. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The owner was friendly and helpful each step of the process. Hopefully, we will get a chance to rent this condo again!

It was a very nice place except for the mice that we saw.

It was a great place but it was frustrating when owner was contacted about the mice she said she was going to look into but never got back to us.

A slice of heaven

This was a belated honeymoon for me and my husband. We had a four day stay and it was amazing. The condo is extremely charming and comfortable. The beach access is right across the street which highly convenient because you basically have to pay to park everywhere. I would love to come back and stay again. The owner was more than nice and she was easy to get into contact with. Do yourself a favor and visit the aquarium while in the area. Adult tickets are only 12 dollars a piece, but be aware you have to reserve tickets online before just showing up there.

Mice and Mice Poop

I received an email a couple hours after check in from the owner saying that she had been informed by previous tenants that there were mice in the apartment and that the HOA would not be able to come and set traps until we were gone because they couldn’t do it with people in the house and that we should keep our food in place where mice couldn’t get it. Over the next couple days, I found mouse poop under the couches, in the basket that contained the kitchen cloths, and under the sink. I was also woken up around 3am one night while I was sleeping in the living room because the mice were under the sink. I relayed this to her in an email and she said she could have the cleaning service come but they wouldn’t be able to be there until Wednesday because they were out of town. Tuesday evening while my husband and I were watching a movie, we saw a mouse run across the floor. Luckily he found a mouse trap that had already been in the closet (must have been used for a previous time) and that night he caught two medium sized mice under the sink. I informed the owner and she said the upstairs condo had also caught two mice and she offered to buy us a pizza. I did not respond because I did not feel like buying us a pizza was a sufficient response for catching mice in her condo. We did not have any more issues with mice for the rest of the trip. She offered to give a small refund. I said I would appreciate it. She only ended up giving $75. I called VRBO on our way home and they said that having mice in a unit was a health and safety violation and if we had called them earlier they could have found us a different spot (I regret not having thought of this option, I assumed I would have to find somewhere last minute). They were surprised that she would have allowed us to stay there knowing that there were mice when I was 35 weeks pregnant with two young kids. Unfortunately they said the refund was up to the owner as the funds were already given to her. I reached out and explained my experience, and I asked for a 40% refund, based on the amount of days we dealt with the mice (sat, sun, mon, tues). She said she would be willing to give me one night refunded. I said I would like at least two. She said no. And so I’m writing this review to share my experience with the owner. Everything is fine as long as you don’t have any issues otherwise you are on your own.

Carolina Beach Condo

This was a great property for a couple looking to have a nice beach getaway. It is in a great location. Walk across the street to the beach and a nice Tiki Bar. Also walking distance to several restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and provided suggestions on things to do before we arrived. We would stay again.
