Come fall in love with the tranquility of Carolina Beach. Unwind & enjoy this bottom level 800 sq. ft. duplex condo with a patio. Conviently located directly across the street from the ocean with a public beach access, and a few walking steps to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. Condo has key-less entry access, and 2 steps to enter into unit. Perfect for couples & small families of 2-4 MAX, INCLUDING children.

** On-site, private pool - must bring your own chairs to the pool. **
Open in May till October (weather permitting).

Owner personally contacts all guests prior to their arrival. Must return call to receive parking pass & door code.

NON-smoking unit.

NO PETS - HOA enforced pet policy!

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.

** Linens – guests are required to bring their own sheets, bath and kitchen towels **

Owner can also contact linen company if required. $33.00 for queen sheet set, 2 towels, 2 wash & 2 hand towels.

** 2025 - The cleaning service will provide a basic WELCOME KIT of supplies, enough to get you started for a few days, so it is suggested to bring everything you might need with you. **

On-site parking for ONE (1) VEHICLE ONLY - HOA enforces towing policy!!!

Check-in is @ 3:00pm; Check-out is @ 10:00am. Strictly enforced!!!

ALL early and late departures MUST be pre-arranged with owner. Fee will apply depending on time.

During the prime SUMMER months, 3 night minimum.

OFF - SEASON ONLY (OCT to May 1st). Send inquiry for further details.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at this Vrbo property was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped. The nearby walking trails were great for exploring the area. Carolina Beach Condo

This was a great property for a couple looking to have a nice beach getaway. It is in a great location. Walk across the street to the beach and a nice Tiki Bar. Also walking distance to several restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and provided suggestions on things to do before we arrived. We would stay again.

Great stay!

We go to CB a lot and went for Labor Day weekend. We are a family of three, my husband, son and I. The place is right by the beach, across the street. It’s on the Kure side. It’s clean and just the right size. We had breakfast and lunch at the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, a great place for a beach stay!

Just as advertised 😁

My family had a lovely time staying at the condo. That location was super convenient. The beach was right across the street. We even walked to the boardwalk to see a concert and watch fireworks. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The owner was friendly and helpful each step of the process. Hopefully, we will get a chance to rent this condo again!

Girl's Trip

The condo was absolutely perfect for us! This was our first girl's trip and we hope to make it a new tradition every year to start off summer break! Walk across the street for beach access which makes it great to run in to refresh your beverage, lifeguard on duty all day, pool is 50 steps or less, and the small patio entrance was great. We were provided chairs, umbrella, beach toys, books, and a well stocked kitchen! Perfect!

We had a weekend getaway. The place was cozy yet spacious enough for 3 adults. Great communication from Jennifer! And she’s so friendly and great to talk with on the phone. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

A slice of heaven

This was a belated honeymoon for me and my husband. We had a four day stay and it was amazing. The condo is extremely charming and comfortable. The beach access is right across the street which highly convenient because you basically have to pay to park everywhere. I would love to come back and stay again. The owner was more than nice and she was easy to get into contact with. Do yourself a favor and visit the aquarium while in the area. Adult tickets are only 12 dollars a piece, but be aware you have to reserve tickets online before just showing up there.
