Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Resort Conference Center just a short drive from Fort Morgan. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools which is perfect for those who do not want to climb stairs or take the elevator. Please message with any questions prior to booking. Beautiful, family-friendly, updated resort studio sunsuite at Gulf Shores Resort Conference Center. This cozy condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. This is a bottom-floor unit with no stairs to climb. The condo is located on the beach side, with no roads to cross, and only a short walk to the spectacular sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our studio is the perfect place for a couple, a small family, or a small group of friends. New queen sofa sleeper. Once you get your groceries and supplies, there's really no reason to leave. For the avid golf player, the world-famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course is located within walking distance. Our condo has all of the supplies you need. Brand new mattress and 43” TV. We have a Keurig and regular coffee pot. We have a first aid kit for any minor little mishaps that may happen. We have a sound machine for those who need that "extra" little white noise to help you sleep or to drown out any other noises. Really, it is a home away from home. Linens and start-up supplies are provided. There is a laundry facility located in the next closest building to our unit that takes quarters or credit/debit cards ($2.00 per load). Charcoal grills are located throughout the resort. If you would rather not cook, but do not want to leave the resort, Sassy Bass is located in building 5 of the resort. Gulf Shores Resort Conference Center is the perfect vacation spot. It is located away from the crowds, but less than 14 miles from the entertainment in Gulf Shores. Shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA, and the Wharf. Great restaurants. Close to the Historic Fort at Fort Morgan. Take the Mobile Bay Ferry over to Dauphin Island. Parasailing and banana boat rides during peak seasons. Try Gulf State Park and enjoy over 28 miles of hiking or biking on paved/boardwalk trails. The annual Shrimp Festival in October is always great. The Hangout Music Festival in May is an experience to remember. Take a charter boat out for fishing or go on a dolphin cruise. Golf at Kiva Dunes, Peninsula, Gulf Shores Golf Club, Craft Farms, and many others. Kiva Dunes is just a three-minute walk from our condo.
