Fort Morgan is one of the best kept secrets of the Alabama coast. We would love for you to come and enjoy our beachfront getaway. This privately owned, third floor beachfront condominium has tile throughout and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, as well as the private balcony. This updated condo provides some of the best gulf views. The top floor view spans for miles both east and west with an unbelievable view of the Gulf and beach sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, new refrigerator, and granite counter tops. We provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
The Plantation has been voted as a top family destination in Southern Living Magazine. Gulf Shores Plantation is a family-friendly resort complex with 24/7 on-site security. The 4,000 feet of private unspoiled beaches offer many activities, amenities, as well as spectacular sunsets. This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and offers numerous onsite amenities. Perfectly situated, the Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, yet you are away from the over-developed crowded beaches of the strip.

We enjoyed our stay. We had no issues. The condo was as described and clean. Our view of the ocean was great. Our host was very prompt and courteous with check in and check information.

Absolutely wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was clean and views were amazing. The only problem was it smelled musty when we got there but we put a glade plug in and it was fine. I will definitely go back. Host gave excellent instructions. Pool was awesome and beach!!

My stay was wonderful! It was a family trip with my husband and two young boys. It was a quiet get away that was conveniently next to the beach. The bed was comfortable and my boys loved the bunk beds! Everything was clean and neat. I loved that I could pack some food and cook there. They supplied dishes and some cleaning supplies which was wonderful! Our overall stay was a 5 star! We will definitely be coming back again! :)

The room had a beautiful beach view! Robert (host) was very helpful and quick to respond with any issues, sometimes even before we realized there was an issue. We would most certainly book here again.

If you want a beautiful and relaxing vacation, this is the place. The condo is perfect for a couple with 2 kids. We’re older and it was just us no kids . The view is spectacular. I loved going from the beach, to the pool, to the sauna then the jacuzzi. There are local activities but we just chilled. It’s just a 10 minute drive to the “strip” at Gulf Shores Beach where it’s real touristy with restaurants and shopping. A couple of restaurants that we found fresh and delicious was Tin Top (on the river and a little pricey) and The Galley on the River (reasonable and delicious). Places on the strip are pricey and a lot of deep fried foods. Robert, the owner was fantastic with all communication. This condo is a real gem and it’s on our list to go back to.

Great view and area

Enjoyed our stay, owner very responsive and kind. Small condo but ok for two adults and wonderful view! Nice area with on grounds restaurants and close to the ferry! Enjoyed the quiet property and beach.

Condo was very small for 3 adults. Only restaurant was closed for maintenance and 2 pools had caution/construction tape around them. View is great! Towels are extremely small and thin. Bed was great but pillows were thin. Had great kitchen supplies except pot holders for hands. Host was easy to work with

Beautiful view, clean, perfect location!

We found this rental to be the perfect spot for 180 view of the gulf, nice accomdatiins, & confortable!! Great location for restaurants, beach fun, excursions, fishing, and allllll the fun stuff while also having the luxury of uncrowded white sand beach front!!

We had an awesome experience staying at this condo, we stayed during May, after spring breakers and before the summer vacationers, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, including the beach

Our host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the view, as the condo was right on the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and there were ample dishes and plenty of towels for our stay. The property itself is older so there is a “closed up” smell but it definitely did not deter us from having a good time. The pools were great and clean. The only negative I had was the neighbors below us smoked on the balcony so their cigarette smoke early in the morning was quite stinky as it rose to our balcony. But of course this is no reflection on the condo, host or property. Would definitely stay here again!

In October of 2015 we rented a condo from our neighbor at the Plantation Resort. We brought our three children and enjoyed not only the beach and complex amenities, but other activities in the area such as deep sea fishing, Dauphin Island Aquarium, the Gulf Shore Zoo, and visiting the Civil War site. We fell in love with the area. Little did we know that we would have the opportunity to purchase and share a condo of our own in the same complex just nine months later. We had made an offer but my husband officially confirmed the purchase as a surprise for me on our 15th wedding anniversary. We live in the St. Charles, Missouri area with our three beautiful children. Robert is in the finance field and I am a high school business education teacher. While we have the business and financial experience to take on this endeavor, our ultimate goal is to provide a relaxing vacation getaway for others. We are so excited for the opportunity to share the condo and Gulf experiences with others. We strive to do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We chose to purchase this property after vacationing in the complex the prior year. We loved the solitude, family atmosphere, privacy, amenities, views, and much more! It is a hidden paradise which gives the Plantation a private resort type feel. When we came across the listing we felt a draw that definitely became stronger after we made the road trip to physically view the unit. We are passionate about spending time together as a family and this is the perfect place to do just that. It gives us pleasure to know that others are bonding in the same way while staying at our condo.
