Direct Gulf Front Sunsuite on the top floor of the Dunes in Gulf Shores Plantation. Amazing sunrises and sunsets !!!The Balcony door and double window has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The side window faces down the beach where you have spectacular sunsets. In the Dining area you have a window that you can see the Mobile Bay. There’s 6 pools (one is an indoor saltwater pool, one is an outdoor saltwater pool and a kiddie pool), an outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed May 15 - September 15), new 11x12 ft indoor saltwater hot tub, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball Court, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort located next door is the number one rated Golf Course in Alabama. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are available to rent during peak seasons.

Best stay

Mr . Anthony was the best and if I ever had a question, he responded right away . The condo was amazing and I hope to rent from him again . He even sent a text to see if I made it , as a single mom traveling with my daughter and myself, that meant a lot .

A Perfect Stay

The overall experience with this room is amazing. Anthony is a perfect host. He stays in touch and makes sure everything is great. The view is outstanding and the best on the property. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Fort Morgan

Small studio perfect for two with a beautiful view from the top floor. The condo is far enough to allow for uncrowded beaches with an easy drive to the heart of Gulf Shores.

Very nice view from balcony. Easy access to the beach and many different options for pools. The room is very small but perfect for a small family or couple. Had everything we needed. The pull out mattress wasn’t very comfortable but none really are. The beach wasn’t over crowded. I would return with my family!

Quick getaway

The condo had a great view. It was the perfect size for me, and had everything i needed. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean during the storm. I will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Vacation

Very nice property, clean grounds and building, well lit parking lot, nice restaurant (Sassy Brass), easy access to the beach, nice pool, nice lobby. The unit we stayed in had great views from every window. --Needs better grills onsite. --The flooring, wall and baseboards behind and under the bed in our unit was really dirty. Nightstand shelves were very dusty. ---Queen size bed a bit small for 2 adults to sleep confortably.

Get away for our 35th wedding anniversary

My husband and I wanted a beach get away for our 35th wedding anniversary! I ran across this condo and the location, price, and size seemed perfect for what we were looking for. The condo did not disappoint, very clean, well decorated, views of the ocean and bay from every window. The host, Anthony was great to work with and went above what we even expected to make our stay great! Beach was not overcrowded and restaurants were as close or as far as you wanted to travel, all great! Thanks again Anthony, we would definitely book again❤️

Great location

This condo is in a great location. A nice drive down a tree lined road and not just rows and rows of condos as there are in other locations around the area. Beautiful view of the beach.

Mental Health Vacay

My husband and I needed a much needed mental health getaway, and we got it! This condo was exactly what we needed. The view was phenomenal, check in flawless, and we had perfect weather. We were able to open the balcony door, and sit on the couch and just relax listening to the waves. We didn't want to go and do all the touristy things, but they were close enough that if we had our kids with us it would have been very convenient. We have never gone to the beach in the fall, but we have decided that we will make this a yearly getaway. Our host, Anthony, was awesome. He was always quick to get back to me with any questions that I had, and also offered to help us unpack the car. I highly recommend staying in this condo, or any other property that he owns. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Perfect for a couples getaway!

The condo had everything we needed! We cooked most of our meals there and never left the property during our stay. There were A LOT of young children and at times noisy with the windows open but that was fine with us. No issues!
