One of the best that we’ve ever stayed in. Great location and great hosts. Easy walk to the beach. Easy check in. Highly recommended.

The vrbo rental price was very good, the apartment was spacious and clean. It is pet friendly with a fence around it for convenience,. Love the beach equipment provided and that the apartment was well furnished. Love the location, 5-Minute walk to the beach. Nearby seafood restaurant Beachcombers was excellent. I have rented this apartment before, and I will rent it again in the future.

Nice property, equipped with all essential items (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella etc). Even with the beach wagon it’s a couple blocks to the beach and from there the dunes could be challenging.

Quick walk to the beach- everything needed for beach was already there! Honestly, there is not much need to go anywhere else unless you wanted to explore the old historic section. My husband and I tried another beach I read about in the area, ended up turning right back around parking back at the rental and walking to “our” beach. Definitely would like to come back- wondering if this owner owns anything else it was so great!

So glad you had an awesome visit! Yes we have 7 units all in the same area that are decorated and furnished similarily from one bedroom one bathroom to 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Please che k them all and let me know if I can be of help! Kristy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like home away from home. The beach toys and chairs were a hit with my kids. The beach is a short walk away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Everything about this place was awesome! Easy check-in, super clean accommodations, great location to beach (5 minute walk) & I will never stay at a hotel again when we visit St. Augustine Beach! This will be our new spot!

This place was very clean and accurately described. It was very close to the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops and we loved having all the beach essentials provided! My only suggestion is the bed pillows could use an upgrade. Also, there is noise from the upstairs tenant, which didn’t bother us too much. Overall, it was a nice stay!

We had the best time, great spot close to everything! The house is beautiful and the host was amazing and responsive to all of our needs. We will definitely be staying again!
