Great home in perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed - including plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and beach gear. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, walkable to coffee and restaurants, and less than a 15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. We would certainly stay again.

Warmer than Wisconsin!

We had a great 4 day stay. Loved the close proximity to the beach! Restaurants were really great! We had a couple of days of rain but we made the best of it. Thanks so much for adding to our ‘get away from Wisconsin cold’ vacay!

Beautiful property

Very clean property with all the necessities. Plenty of towels. Pots, pans even laundry deter. Cabinets were well stocked. Unfortunately it was too cold to walk to the beach. We did find some great restaurants in St Augustine. I would highly recommend this property.

Visiting from the west coast

The home was very nice and the location is great. Kristi was very friendly and helpful with a small issue and she took care of it asap. Unfortunately we had mostly rain so didn’t get to do much. It was comfortable and relaxing and would definitely stay again

Awesome cozy, quiet get a way

Every room was fully furnished and then some. Easy to use washer and dryer and the big screen tv. The ground unit with beautiful gate and fence was easy for my 60 lb. Chocolate lab to roam freely outdoors within the gated perimeter. The tropical plants and trees planted around the unit was perfect for shade and set the mood for relaxation and fun. We enjoyed it so much, I rebooked it for next year.

Well appointed, beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful ground floor apartment with another apartment overhead. Which means you will hear the people upstairs. Unfortunately there were two toddlers upstairs that ran from end to end and were jumping ALOT. It made for a lot of noise. The apartment was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay again, but only in the upstairs unit.

Lovely Beach Stay

Amazing Location

We had the best stay at this property. It's close to many restaurants and Publix. It's a quick 7 minute walk to the beach. Perfect size for the two of us for a weekend getaway. Would absolutely stay again!

Anniversary trip

Lovely home, quiet and clean. Walk to beach is more like 10 to 15 min....maybe we just walk slow.Well appointed and decorated. Need new beach chairs soon. Bed was comfy. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We loved our stay. From great communication with the host, a short walk to the beach, awesome activities / food within walking distance, and a beautiful cottage we truly had the perfect getaway! We had to work from the cottage 2 days and it easily accommodated 2 people with a nice desk and large table. Will definitely be recommending!

Rest and Relaxation

This was just what the dr ordered. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured on website. It is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Always a perfect stay

We have stayed in this condo 3 times now. It’s our go to. The bed is comfortable and everything is clean and ready. Kitchen has everything you need. Appreciate extra towels and pillows. Walkable to restaurants. Nice neighborhood for walking the pups. Thanks again!

Charming Beach Cottage

Spotlessly clean…close to beach (3 minute walk)…beautifully decorated…VERY comfortable king bed…lots of thoughtful & appreciated touches (lots of coffee/creamer, fully stocked dishes/cooking dishes, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler & wagon to take to beach)…fenced yard & outdoor seating. Amazing experience

Only stayed for 3 nights but it was great! Perfect location for the beach and local/good restaurants. Also only a 15 minute drive to historical downtown! Amazing communication with property manager.

Lovely place to stay!

This apartment exceeded my expectations! The courtyard is charming and has several comfy seating nooks. The neighborhood is nice and an easy walk to the beach. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious for an enjoyable getaway!

Len Weeks is a general contractor and built this duplex in 1982. When we first started dating in 1987 we lived in the upstairs unit. So of course this is a very special place for us. We are both business people. Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our first vacation rental and our test. So far it has been a blast. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, in the side yard in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc provided in the outside closet. Grill dinner and sit by chiminea at night and listen to the ocean waves. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.
