Pet Policy - We are happy to host your pets! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, 40lb weight limit per dog, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog's alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage, or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly; there are leash laws. On the balcony we have water and food bowls, also there is an outdoor shower to rinse off your dog's when returning from the beach. We will provide you with a list of recommended places that are dog friendly. Please tell us about your pet(s) when you request to book.

*Pet Fee - An additional pet charge of $40 per dog, per stay will be required.

No smoking in the property or on the patio.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
