Vibrant, professionally decorated pet-friendly townhome just steps from the pool and ocean. Owners have created an upbeat, contemporary style setting this non-smoking home apart from all the rest. Brand new custom kitchen! Located near Coligny in North Forest Beach that offers great shopping and restaurant options, as well as a new town park and playground near the public beach with a climbing ship and other wonderful features for children, pets, and their adults. Get on your bikes and ride the wonderful bike paths throughout the island! Complex also has tennis courts and two other pool areas. Spacious three bedroom condo that sleeps six has newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and customized design with artistic sea creatures integrated into the stonework. Fully equipped with plenty of high quality dishes, glassware, and cookware, making it easy to cook and serve your family in style. Designed around a luxe Caribbean theme in main living area, including lots of comfortable seating, as well as three dining areas that seat up to 13. Four flat screen televisions (including large one in living area and one in each bedroom), as well as cable and Wifi. Original artwork and stained glass throughout, making each space unique. Large first floor bedroom has queen size bed and a shower bathroom, and master upstairs has king size bed. Heated whirlpool tub in newly remodeled master bathroom with travertine marble and custom mosaic features. Second upstairs bedroom has twin beds and shower/tub combination. Washer and dryer in upstairs laundry area. All mattresses are comfortable and like new! Ample seating in deck area, which is only steps away from a swimming pool. High quality linens and towels, electric outdoor grill, and beach chairs are provided, as well as other unique decorative touches throughout. The ocean with its gorgeous, wide sand beach is only a very short walk or bike ride away! Make many happy memories in this luxurious, unique townhome. You will never forget it!

Wonderful Stay in HHI

This is the third time we have stayed in one of the Ocean Breeze townhomes and have not been disappointed. This is a great place to stay and this particular unit had everything we needed plus the owner of the property was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I highly recommend staying in both Ocean Breeze and this townhome!

Great place to stay

Very nice place to stay and enjoy Hilton Head beaches and bike trails. Comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen gear. Would happily stay here again on our next trip to HH Island.

Great vacation

We absolutely loved our recent two-week stay at this house. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The spacious and well-maintained property made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated all the thoughtful details and amenities provided. Great place for a terrific week in Hilton Head

This townhouse was a wonderful place to spend our spring break week in Hilton Head. It is in a quiet area; about 8 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Convenient to the bike paths and all shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying here. Lots of space and everything you need was provided! Beautifully decorated and great location. Pool is right down the path from the back sliding glass door. We felt very safe when walking the dog, even at night. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property. The house had everything we needed for our family to cook and eat meals at home. We also loved the cleanliness and the high quality linens/towels. It was a great place to stay. Kathy was very helpful with all kinds of great information before we went and was very receptive to any questions we had!

Great Location Close to Beach

We rented this condo for our “overflow” family members at Thanksgiving and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It’s a great location close to the beach and Coligny. Very spacious and well-appointed. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Very clean property

We enjoyed the cleanliness of this property and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. It also has plenty of seating which we put to use when we hosted a family get together (my brother and family live in town).

July 4th Vacay

We had a great time at Ocean Breeze. It was very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and in an excellent location. Kathy was a wonderful host, she sent me a lot of information regarding things to do and places to eat at while there. She also checked on us during our stay. We especially loved being able to bring our pup with us and will definitely stay here again!

Happy Place exceeded expectations

This was our family's first visit to Hilton Head Is., and we all agree it's a place we want to come back to. Happy Place exceeded our expectations with all its amenities, neighborhood pool, and access to bike paths going directly to the beach. It was super clean with a spacious pet friendly layout that was perfect for our dogs and family of six (4 adults, 2 kids). We would definitely stay here again!

Your Home in Hilton Head

Everything about this unit is wonderful. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all you need for a wonderful vacation. Communication with owners was very easy and helpful. Location is excellent with easy access to beach. If you want a memorable visit to HHI I strongly recommend picking this home for your vacation.

Lovely private

Although this was townhouse with a shared pool space there is a sense of privacy. Just a short ride to the beach. Good location to restsurants.

Great stay in convenient location

Had a great stay in Kathy & Richard’s place. Rented bikes (baskets were huge help) and was really easy beach access to very wide and less populated part of beach. Pool and tennis were convenient options. And easy bike path access to frozen yogurt, groceries and restaurants. The villa was great, had everything we could need and then some, worked out great.

Enjoyed

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The villa met all of our needs with comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, and cookware were plentiful. Kathy did a great job in providing a fun atmosphere with bright and colorful artwork throughout!

Fabulous

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Hilton Head. The location is great, close to the beach, shopping, resturants and the bike trail. Our pups were quite content as well. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. You will not be disappointed here!

Great Townhouse!

My husband and I and 2 dogs stayed 5 nights. The property is walking distance to the beach and has many trails for walking pets. The unit has everything you could need. Very cool glass pieces throughout. The hosts were very quick to get back to us when we had questions. Would stay again!

Great location, responsive owners

Spent a week before school and the unit was as described. Kathy was very responsive and more! The beach was a short bike ride, and the neighborhood quiet, friendly nextdoor neighbors too! Had a great time at this unit!
