Hilton Head

Beautiful location, house keeping issues. The carpets were filthy, the furniture need a deep clean and overall the house was just not as clean as the year before. The property management was responsive but should have inspected the property before we came in.

Great stay in Sea Pines!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location was great, we rode our bikes to the beach and Harbor town! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Vacation Home

This vacation home is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. It was a great place to relax and was walking distance to Harbor Town, which we liked. The management team was terrific to work with and responded to all questions promptly.

Amazing stay!

This home was so great! The views of the golf course were incredible, we watching people tee off every morning. The location was great, we were able to walk to breakfast every morning. It’s on a very quiet street which is so nice. Host was great and very helpful with checkin and house was in great shape when we showed up. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Golf View in Perfect Light cation

We really enjoyed our stay. This villa had a great view and was on a quiet street. Yet, it was close to all the action. We will stay again!

Great house, great location

Had a great Hilton Head vacation. House was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Great location - close to Harbor Town, on golf course, etc. Quiet street. Perfect place for our family vacation. Highly recommend.

Harbor Town Stay in Hilton Head

The condo is exactly as advertised. You will not be disappointed. The location is terrific - walking distance to local shops and restaurants and a short drive to everything you would want to do while in Hilton Head. There are so many fabulous golf courses within just a few minutes. Highly recommend staying here!

Loved the Heritage Hideaway!

This place is so nice. Well appointed with everything! Enjoyed being on the golf course and the location cannot be beat. Walked to Harbourtown, watched the golfers tee off from our back deck and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great house on a golf course!

The house was amazing! Our favorite activity was drinking coffee on the beautiful deck every morning and watching the golfers. The sunlit house was close to everything; golfing, walking trails, restaurants, golf, and the beach. We loved and appreciated that we could bring our pups along. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to HHI. The only minor complaint was the bedroom carpets need to be cleaned.

Beautiful relaxing. On the golf course

Beautiful home. A few issues. TV problem. Not their fault. Meredith very attentive to us. Had to change out box. Shower does not drain very well. But overall a wonderful week. Thank u I would add if you are driving in to the island. Get there before dark. So very dark On the island hard to navigate even with a GPS again n not their fault

Nice home; poor property management

We started out our stay walking into a mud covered entry and hallway. None of the wood floors were cleaned. For what was double a reasonable cleaning fee, and apparent walk through by property manager, that is unacceptable. Good thing I had a mop with me (since we were staying 3 weeks) I wasn’t anticipating using it so soon after our arrival. The property manager offered to send someone to clean the floors, however they were already done by us. She stated that she had just been in the house and it was fine (wrong answer). All 4 garbage cans were full when we got there. Obviously Waste Management had missed the pick up the day prior. My husband contacted Five Star Properties and was told someone from their company would come out if the next pick up was missed. It was missed…yet the conversation was like it never happened. The property manager Meredith tried to blame the garbage company, complaining of bad customer service; but really they weren’t any better and didn’t fix our problem. We had full cans for 6 days. If you’re calling yourself Five Stars then please give better service. The house itself was comfortable. Master shower could use an extra scrubbing (moldy), and living space furniture could use a deep cleaning, as well as kitchen. The views of the golf course were amazing. Overall we liked the home, but would never rent again if the same property management was listing it. Worst we’ve ever had in many years of renting.

Great Location

Great house in a great location. New dishwasher and house was just as it showed, beautiful. Had to do a little extra cleaning when we arrived and you can tell it is a pet friendly rental.

Good times

Bright, nicely furnished, and pleasing decor. Near everything in which we delved. Three private bathrooms were a huge plus. Change a few lightbulbs would be welcome. We definitely recommend this property.

Nice location. Nice home layout Dishwasher needs replacement AC somewhat effective. Got very hot later in the day. We closed all blinds and ran two fans Disappointing to not have pool access

Comfortable Family trip

Location is excellent, peaceful but easy walk/bike ride around island. House was bigger than we thought from online pictures. Clean, quiet, just what our family of 7 seeked.
