Very very comfortable house!! Well stocked, comfy beds and soft sheets. Good parking for 4 vehicles. Excellent communication from host and good information provided!

As a family of 13, we needed space for all our individual family units and this was perfect. The location was just as advertised…right across from the public access. Only took a few minutes to walk to the sand. There were boogie boards and chairs for us as well. We did reach out to our host a few times for minor things and he was quick to get back in touch with us. The only negative part was the WiFi kept glitching which we assumed may have been just so many of us wanting to connect. We had a lovely time and would definitely book again in the future!

Check out instructions need updated... what is listed on the check out sheet is not exactly what is provided for the renter to execute. Had to guess what to do with used towels and bed linens. The toilet paper was down to the last 1/8 inch on 3 out of the 4 bathrooms. No extra was provided, no paper towels, no dish rags/ dish towels. Only a dish washer and we only had 5 people so only used a few plates and cups. Had to use a bath rag and hand towel, to clean and dry dishes. Beach was awesome. Unit is nicely located near lots of good food sources, tourists shopping, traffic speed limit in front of the unit is 25mph so everyone felt safe walking , crossing to the beach, ect... definitely would rent again and recommend to others.

Great Stay

It was a great stay. There were 13 of us and had plenty of room. The beach being right across the street was a huge plus! If you are craving ice cream there’s a spot about 1/2 mile walk.

Great Friends Trip

We had a great time on an annual friends trip. It was so easy to get back and forth from the beach and plenty of space for everyone!

Excellent views and easy beach access!

This house was well furnished with comfortable beds and equipped with basic supplies which was super convenient. The short walk across the road to the beach was perfect and you could sit on the porch and watch the waves from the house. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

Nice place with easy access to the beach

We have stayed a weekend with a couple of friends and the place was awesome. You could walk to the beach in 5 mins and there were restaurants in the walking distance. The owner David was so nice and even gave us a 2hr late checkout when asked. I wouldn't hesitate to book the same place again!

Great Beach Trip

The house was clean, well kept and you almost cant beat the location. Cross the street and youre on the beach. Great value for the rate.

Great Spot

It was a very nice location and property. Easy to access beach and the boardwalk. Property was clean and had all the amenities you need. Fit 12 of us no problem. Definitely recommend!

Great location! Communication with owner was fabulous! Plenty of room for everyone and no sound issues with the other renters. The extra beach chairs were a huge help also. House was clean but could use a deep clean under the couches and other areas. Would definitely star again!

Great location, close to everything.

Property was great! Check in was super easy. But, the ocean view is covered now that two new houses have been built, so you can kind of see it. But other than that it’s a nice house, close walk to the beach.
