Wonderful ocean views from this beach home on a quiet street within walking distance to beautiful Victoria Beach, this 3 bedroom and 3 bath home with central air conditioning and 2 gas fireplaces sleeps 6 adults comfortably; with bunk beds and futon sleeps 6 adults and 4 children.
• Killer views from the living room and deck up and down the coast, sunsets are spectacular!
• 2-car parking (garage and driveway) plus street parking.
• Barbecue on the back patio with easy access to the kitchen.
• High-speed WiFi and Internet, cable TV, gas, and a $300 electricity credit are included. Any overage of electricity usage during a 30-day stay will be deducted from the tenants deposit.

The online listing was very accurate,check in was very easy, the property manager was very responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and very comfortable beds

The perfect get a way

The location of the house was immaculate. Every time you exit the bedroom walking to the kitchen the dining table the living area seems like you’re on the beach the view was spectacular. We couldn’t get enough of that sunset View from the balcony or the living room .The property manager, Bob was beyond amazing. He was hospital attending to every single inquiry the house had everything we needed from Utensils, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, bathroom supplies you name it. We would definitely stay there again thank you Bob.

Best 200 hours of vacation EVER!!

Great experience. The rental process was a breeze. The property managers were wonderful to work with and they made our check in/check out as well as our entire stay comfortable; they made us feel at home. The neighbors were the best. All were very welcoming. Jack & Ruth were a joy to get to know. They added value to our entire trip. The property is fabulous. Everything you could want in a summer rental in Laguna Beach. Look no further. Great living space. We cook many meals in a kitchen that would make even a gormet cook excited. The view from the dining table is spectacular. Not to mention the upper deck. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the spacious deck. As well as many beautiful sunsets. All of our guests got plenty of rest in the wonderful accommodations. From the master to the bunkroom. We had 6 grandkids with us throughout the month and the bunkbeds worked great. Our stay from July 1st to the 30th completely surpassed our expectations. We would love to stay here again in years to come. We highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to visit Laguna Beach. We thank the propert managers, the owner, the gardener, all who helped prepare the house, and the neighbors for giving us a wonderful month with memories that will last a lifetime. Thx! Tony Hock

Laguna Beach House Stay

Our stay here was spectacular! The view from the deck is serene and wonderful. The house was very well equipped to stay a month--everything you would need was there. I got to meet neighbors who were so helpful and friendly. You can walk to beaches or walk uptown to Laguna restaurants and stores. Kathy and Bob were so ready to help whenever I needed something. Great place to stay while in Laguna Beach!

Fantastic!!!!

We stay in Laguna often but our first stay at this property. We loved it! The view is fantastic and as an amateur chef the vintage range is so fun. We had an issue with the fireplace, made a call, and had help within an hour. The neighbors are now friends we will see again and they are such wonderful people. We can't wait to see you again!
