Great condo wonderful location

The location was wonderful for getting to the beach and boardwalk. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable.

Great spot!

Great price and great location! Super clean also! It would get a little warm in the bedrooms so definitely bring a fan with you but that’s the only downside. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summer 2020

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The front porch is a definite bonus. We plan to stay here next year.

Family get away

My parents came in from Ohio to spend some time with us. We slept comfortably as a group of five. It was an easy walk to the beach and downtown (but not too close). It was a great week!

Sweet by the beach

Sweet setup, simple and all basic”s by the boardwalk … walking distance which kept us all moving whole time short walk here and there at price was a steal we where up the stairs which my kids loved !!

Perfect Storm

Stayed here in remembrance of my uncle who passed in April, while preparing for my dad’s funeral. It was stormy weather, but very calming and peaceful for the occasion. Very quaint space. Meet all our needs. Will absolutely stay here again.

2020 Beach stay

Loved the porch and the proximity to the beach. Having one parking space with five adults And two cars was challenging. And bathroom was very small. With that being said, I would stay again!

This rental worked out great for our weekend visit. The location was really nice with the beach access within steps and a short walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk. The beach was in really good condition off this access area and not as crowded as the boardwalk access area. We enjoyed having the large upper deck area to ourselves. There was only one a/c unit in the living room but all rooms stayed cool with open doors which was fine with our family. The bathroom was tiny but worked fine for us too. So much nicer than cramming 5 of us in a hotel room. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hey Wendy! Fundamentally, our job is EASY! Make sure a home is as-advertised, clean and ready for our sunseekers arrival. Outside of Mother Nature, “the human condition” is the variable we assist with the most. Entomology, thermodynamics, veterinary medicine and even interior design are personal responsibilities our office has been tasked with advising on a case-by-case basis! We’ve got no direct lines to Mother Nature regrettably and ever more so, have no ability to guaranty personal vacation plans go untested. What we CAN guaranty is that IF something happens and our efforts can help, we certainly do! As far as for the success of your adventure, those kudos belong ENTIRELY to the positivity, planning and expectations of your party! Good morning. What strange review! As your party did not experience any reported issues, nor have any guests who followed yours, I truly cannot substantiate there were in fact any. The home was EXACTLY as advertised and I'm guessing your party found value in its cost (as do many!) for being so affordable and less than 100 feet to the beach. If the owners did more modern upgrades, the price will only go up :). Although we will not be able to host you on future stays, we do wish you better future adventures (and weather perhaps?)! Please consider the many people involved that work hard to rent you their homes and provide a safe, and exactly as conveyed experience :)

Love love love

We absolutely love this property! The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to the board walk and right across from the beach access. If i could change anything it would be nice to have a full length mirror on the back of the room doors and ceiling fans in the rooms. All in all I still give this location a 5 star and plan to book again! I am already missing this little home away from home.

Had a blast!

We had a blast and loved how close this place was to everything. Full kitchen was awesome. We loved this location. The beds weren't that comfy and was squeaky, but there's no bed like your own bed. The shower was also very small. I thought it was a bathtub shower, but it's not. It was hard getting the kids cleaned.

While the location of this property being close to the beach and boardwalk were convenient, the property itself could use some improvements. We did not realize that if you have a minivan and are in units 1-3, the back of your vehicle will creep out onto a busy street which made us nervous with a new car. The unit itself has one air conditioning unit located in the living room so to stay somewhat cool you need to leave the bedroom doors open. The bathroom is also tiny, similar to what you might find in a camper. They also have us two sets of twin sheets and the bottom bunk is a full. I contacted the owner and he did have the linen company deliver the right ones the next day, but we were only there 2 nights. This area can also be very noisy at night so can be disruptive to sleep. Overall it was okay, but we would not stay at this property again.

Disappointed - Do Not Book

We booked the unit for 6 days, but only stayed 1 night and did not get a refund. The listing had a photo of the bathroom that didn’t match the one in the listing. It was very small and dingy. No toilet paper holder or sink stopper. The entire unit was in need of painting, new furniture and updates. The unit smelled very musty and stale. We had to put the sheets on the bed. The bed was cheap and rickety. The slightest turn or movement would result in a loud squeaky noise. We left the next morning and waiting on a refund.
Cracked and patched small shower stall.
No toilet paper holder.
No sink stopper.
Cabinet is in bad repair.

Hey Eric thanks for the feedback. Your reporting, as substantiated as VRBO themselves ranges from false to simply unnecessarily hyper-critical. The bathroom is pictured. No tomfoolery. The square footage, geolocation, and furnishings are all advertised and pictured. We re not interior designers, so it's really not your responsibility to channel your inner Martha Stewart! Perhaps if you channeled your inner Snoop, you'd have focused less as if buying the home and more on enjoying :) The refund will not be arriving as the listing was exactly as advertised and substantiated by ALL. In the future, if looking for particulars in an adventure, make some to book something WITH them :D.

This rental was just right for our little family of 5. The beach is literally just across the street which made going out a breeze. The beds were comfy, and renting linens through their provider was easy. We had access to a full kitchen, which was extremely helpful, and we had access to some awesome restaurants in the area. Our one criticism is that the rental could get a bit warm. There is a note on the fridge that warns about leaving the doors open too long, but with 3 kids, it was a bit of a challenge enforcing that. The owners do provide 2 fans in the bedroom closets. Both fans, for whatever reason, had a bit of an anemic breeze. I am guessing they have been used quite a bit. I would recommend to the owners to just update those 2 little fans. Otherwise, it was a great stay. We really enjoyed our visit! Thanks for hosting us!

Great location and experience for our vacation week!

Suite #3 was exactly as described. When I arrived I noticed only 3 forks (as previously mentioned by another guest). I emailed the Mgt Co who brought a tray full of utensils within an hour of our arrival. They also contacted us during our stay to ask if maintenance could come in and put up blackout curtains (they gave us the option of waiting until we checked out) which we agreed to. The maintenance people were very courteous, respectful and quick. They also replaced the kitchen faucet after I mentioned it was faulty. The unit is NOT fancy nor is it advertised as such. It's a beautiful, older beach cottage located close to the beach and just far enough away from the boardwalk not to be loud at night. My teenage son and his best friend had a blast walking to the boardwalk and enjoying their 'freedom'. There's one cental A/C unit in livingroom which makes the bedrooms warm at night if you close the door for privacy (there are floor fans provided in each bedroom). The bathroom is VERY small but functional. Location, amenities, price point and quaintness of place make it worth it!. We would definitely rent again!

Excellent Location

The unit is exactly as described, but it could use a few updates. The beds in both bedrooms definitely need an upgrade. They both make a squeaky noise with EVERY movement. We did not sleep very well because of it. The shrubs, on the walk up the stairs, need to be cut back. The chairs on the porch were dirty, but cleaned quickly. There is only one mirror in the entire unit. The bathroom and shower are extra small. There is construction going on nearby, that did wake us one morning. The bedrooms need curtains, as it was super bright at night, with only blinds. There is nowhere to clean the sand off your feet/shoes. There is only one AC unit, in the family room, and the bedrooms do get warm at night, but 2 fans were provided. Our trash bin for the unit was moved and it did take a while to locate, but we did find it. The saving grace is the location. You can park and walk everywhere. There are grocery stores, restaurants and the boardwalk just a short walk away. The beach is a 1 minute walk. Overall, these observations aren't a deal-breaker,but I would not recommend this unit for a family of over 3 and I would not recommend it for a stay over a few days.

Great trip

This property was in an excellent location, close to the beach and the boardwalk and restaurants. It was a great value and fit our needs as a family with young children. Only thing was it didn’t have a washer and dryer access, but that was really no big deal. For the location and the value, I highly recommend this property to anyone.
