Escape to Emerald Skye 26, a charming 1-bedroom + bunk alcove, 1-bath beachfront condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy retreat offers stunning Gulf views and easy access to local dining, shops, and island adventures.

Inside, you'll enjoy 763 sq. ft. of coastal comfort, featuring a primary bedroom, a hallway twin-over-twin junior bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the living room—comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals when you're not exploring nearby restaurants. The Gulf-front balcony offers breathtaking views, ideal for morning coffee or sunset wine.

Additional conveniences include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, new heat/AC in the living room and an in-unit washer and dryer.

With restaurants located just across the street—and only 36 units in the building—you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, quick beach access, and no long elevator waits.

The Emerald Skye complex features a seasonally heated outdoor pool, a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower, fitness room, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining areas.

We had a lovely time. The condo and view was absolutely stunning. I wished the pool was a little larger, but we opted to just spent the entire time on the beach instead.

Nice room in a good location and a great view. Price was reasonable. Furnishings were a little dated but sufficient. Would definitely stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Emerald Skye #26! The balcony view was what we were after and it did not disappoint. We were able to see dolphins swimming most every morning! The kitchen had most everything we needed or wanted (an air fryer would be a great addition, but I could see how cleaning it would be painful) and it was advantageous for us to be able to do laundry at no extra cost. Parking pass being included was also a plus compared to some other properties.The only downsides I could think of would be it did seem a bit run down. There was paint peeling in the bathroom and the top of the shower enclosure was dirty (only a tall person such as myself would ever notice that, given). The AC units were rather roughly installed. Non GFCI outlet near the sink seemed odd, and there were some track lights in the kitchen we couldn't figure out how to turn on. It would also be nice if there were more light controls in the bathroom. It was BLINDING bright turning on the lights for a 1 AM potty break. We ended up unscrewing some of the bulbs to make it more tolerable. This is me nitpicking, however. We very much enjoyed our stay for the price point and would absolutely consider returning in a future trip!

This was our 2nd time booking this condo. The condo is clean, has extra towels and a working ice machine. We’ve rented other condos in the complex where we had to purchase bags of ice. The rental process and communication with the property manager went smoothly. There are chairs and a table on the balcony so you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the waves roll in on the beach. I would definitely recommend booking this condo for your next visit to Orange Beach!

Location, location, location! This condo was right on the beach. The view was great! It was easy to park and get into our room. I loved that the freezer had an ice maker. The condo could have been cleaner. The ceiling fans were pretty dirty and I was putting some things under the sink in the bathroom and there was a very large hole in the wall in the vanity. It looked like maintenance did a repair and didn't patch the hole up. It would have been nice to have a shelf or something in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Overall the location and stay was just what we were looking for but there was mold above the shower and master bedroom bed was unbelievably too soft could barely get in and out of it. Room also needed a good airing out. Location right to beach was amazing and stayed out there most of the time so items about room where a little more bearable. Shower head could use a replacement.
