Wildwood Suites Black Bear Condo is nestled among pine trees next to a picturesque mountain stream just two blocks from Main Street Breckenridge. It’s a short walk to the Snowflake Lift and at the end of the day, you can ski in via 4 O’Clock Run right to your condo. If you’re looking for the perfect spot for you and your group to enjoy the best of Breck, this is it!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a bright corner unit that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The living room features an flat-screen TV and plenty of room to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare great meals, with seating for four people at the dining table.

Listen to the mountain stream while reading or enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony. And after a day full of hiking, skiing or biking, enjoy a soak in the large hot tub or rejuvenate in the indoor dry sauna. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and parking for one vehicle. There’s also a picnic area with built-in grills. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great trip to see the fall colors’

Fall Trip

Perfect for a long weekend for me and my wife. The location is just off the busy main street with easy access to everything. The creek behind the patio is perfect.

A perfect spot for a family ski trip

I stayed here with my two teenage children for four days of skiing. The location was great and the unit was very well equipped. They were very responsive to any questions we had or minor issues that we encountered. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

This is a great place to stay. Easy walking distance to town. Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Great communication with hosts. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

Spotless condominium overlooking a beautiful babbling brook

Wonderful Location

The property is just a short walk away from downtown Breck and was just enough room for my husband, my baby, and me. Communication with the property manager was efficient. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice -enjoyed the balcony

Very nice 1 bedroom condo. Perfect for weekend stay for two people. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the creek. It felt like you were really in the mountains but close enough to the busy part of town to walk to restaurants, etc. Having a full kitchen was nice also. Have been to Breck many times, but this property was a great fit for us!

Just what we were looking for!

Property management was very helpful all the way through the process. Beautiful location with ski trail just out the back. Easy walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. Property is basic, but very clean and accommodating! As a couple, we found it to be just what we were looking for.

Nice little condo and easy walk to town

Great little condo, fantastic communication by ownership group. The bedroom is very small with oversized nightstands which made it worse - ended up sleeping on pull-out couch mattress which was so much better.

Had to call for check in, no fireplace like in the pics, place needs some repairs, very noisy. Good location but overall a poor value for that amount of money.

Quiet and peaceful retreat!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband and me. Management checked in on us with texts twice and was quick to respond when I had a question. This condo was in the perfect location. Short walk to Main Street or there is the free bus stop right at the end of the road. And the river that runs right behind is the most blissful sound to relax to. Such a peaceful and beautiful place.

Great for a summer vacay

Clean, quiet, nicely decorated. Well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. Convenient location for walking or public transportation. Wonderful view from the back deck. Perfect for a single or couple. Management company was quick to respond on some small issues and questions I had. The only negative was no screens on the bedroom windows, which I hope can be remedied in time for my next stay.

Perfect!

This was my second stay this summer, and everything was great. Please see my first review from July for details. The only problem was there are no screens on the bedroom windows so it gets stuffy at night.

Ski in, but a hike to ski out

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, great experience and a very nice condo for solo, couple, or young family ski-cation. Caveat, though...Per title, it’s a pretty wrenching hike up the hill to catch the nearest lift — Snowflake Lift. It’s not that it’s such a great distance (only about 1/4 mile), it’s more that it’s a significant elevation change — and remember the air at Breck is thin, given the high elevation.

Two week + stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 16 day stay - our third stay at Wildwood Suites. Great location to town and trails walk to everything. Particularly like units facing Sawmill Creek and hearing the water run by. Did not like that with a 2 + week stay linens were not exchanged. Had to go to the rental company and ask for them and then replace sheets myself.
