The condo was perfect for two couples. The view from the balcony to the ocean was a great place to have our morning coffee, we were 5 minutes from downtown on a golf cart and had none of the noise of downtown when it was time to go to bed.

Carol was the most gracious host. She made sure we were comfortable and Informed. Check was a breeze... the view from the balcony was a wonderful reminder of the beauty in Key West. About 12 minutes by golf cart to ALL THE FUN that is Duvall St. We will be back!

Loved our time in the condo, clean with plenty of amenities for a perfect vacation. The beach view is amazing. This is our second time visiting and will not hesitate to book here again.

The location as great. Quiet and family friendly. We weren’t expecting the sargassum, so we didn’t get to experience the beach, the smell was awful. But, that was nature. The property was great and we really enjoyed the pool!

The property was exactly what I was looking for. Well furnished with pretty much everything you needed, and then some. There were even products for sunning and insect repellent, which I wish I would have seen prior to the last day. No-see-ums are bad in FL . Nice view from the patio, easy walk to the beach if you wanted to go.

If you are looking for a property that is very close to Smathers Beach (beautiful beach) then this place is for you! The beach is directly across the street. The balcony view is amazing. We enjoyed a week long vacation with our son and daughter in law. The condo was perfect with 2 bed and 2 bath. We used the kitchen on a daily basis. It had everything we needed.

It was a great place only problem I had was phone call from owner about a plumber coming , I told her I would be around pool or beach to just call when they were coming. Stayed at the condo all day with no call, when I could have been out seeing the town

Can clearly see the beach fromOur room! Enjoyed the walk across the street to the ocean every morning! Water was warm!! Sun was Hot! The condo was clean and comfortable! The pool was delightful! Close to Duvall street by car. You gave everything you need in the condo to relax and enjoy!

Excellent Location and Stay

The location, just a short walk from Smathers Beach, was excellent. The pool area was incredibly relaxing and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. It was conveniently close to everything, yet far enough away to provide a peaceful, quiet atmosphere.

The elevator was being fixed do we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs but it was worth it for the view from our balcony! We were right across the street from Smathers Beach which is beautiful! The pool area is fabulous! The condo was just like in the pictures. Very comfortable. The host was great. She told us about the elevator but we still wanted to come! I am glad we did ! We totally enjoyed Key West and the condo!

Great family spot across Smathers Beach

Great location. The condo was spacious and had everything we could need and more. Almost brand new beach chairs and only 50 steps to the beach would stay here again.
