Very comfortable house. Sleeps six in three beds: a king in one bedroom, two queens in the other bedroom. Tubes provided. Pack N Play. Toys and games. Relax on the front porch after a hard day on the river. Incredibly convenient to downtown, Schlitterbahn, downtown restaurants and bars, and music venues. You can walk everywhere. Central air. Well-equipped kitchen with Keurig. Bring your K-cups. Washer/dryer. Easy walk to 14 restaurants. High speed Internet. TVs in living room and each bedroom. Roku. Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. 2nd bath has a claw foot tub. Outdoor grill. Plenty of parking. Built in 1929, completely upgraded. 1,247 square feet. High ceilings, hardwood floors. Large yard. Ten minutes to Gruene. Float In on the Comal at the tube chute is one block behind the house. Twelve-minute walk to Wurstfest. Perfect place

Family get away

The Haus was great! We had friendly visitors (deer family) upon our arrival! Close to restaurants and outdoor activities! Leslie was easy to contact if anything was needed. Will definitely be back!

Great location

The location of this house can’t be beat. A 5 min walk to downtown, 3 min walk to the Tube chute… amazing. The house was exactly as described and they were no surprises.

Floating trip

GREAT LOCATION!! We come every year and this is by far the best location we've ever had. Walking distance to Float In(our favorite) ....the restaurants....and Landa Park. Checking in and out were easy, and the house is well kept and had everything we needed. We will be back again! Thank you Leslie for hosting us

This house is in a great location for floating the comal AND enjoying New Braunfels food and drinks! We were able to walk over in just a few minutes right to the Float In tube chute. The complimentary tubes were perfect and made our float so enjoyable and comfortable. The AC was great when we needed to cool off after walking to dinner and the little yard was perfect for the dogs while we were unloading and packing.This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 adults, could easily accommodate 4 adults and a handful of young kids, if needed.

Great location. Schlitterbahn was only 2-3 minute drive. Walking distance to restaurants and the Comal river. The house is cozy, comfortable and was supplied with all the necessities. Coffee maker, toaster, pans, paper towels, toilet paper and tubes for the river.

Float the river getaway.

The house is located in a perfect area to walk everywhere. If you want to float the Comal River, it is a quick walk. If you want great breakfast, lunch or dinner options, it is a 6-10 minute walk. No driving needed, it was perfect!

Charming cottage!

Charming well appointed cottage. Super close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. Stayed for Wurstfest 2023--just a few block walk to the entrance of the fairgrounds. Will stay there again!

Tom and I live in downtown New Braunfels. Leslie grew up coming to New Braunfels from her home in Baytown, Texas. It is a pleasure to share these homes with guests. Floating the Comal river in the afternoon is so relaxing. You may be hot when you get in but you won't be when you get out. We provide river tubes.
