This VRBO is a beautifully-maintained 1927 bungalow near the downtown heart of New Braunfels. We were very comfortable and appreciated the ease of access and the amenities provided by the hosts. A great backyard with patio and outdoor seating - in cooler weather, I would have loved to drink my morning coffee outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. The home is situated right near some train tracks but it's a "no horn" zone so the noise was minimal. We weren't sure about the safety of the neighborhood - a street light would be nice - but overall this was an excellent choice and the hosts were wonderful. Very comfortable for up to four people, although be aware there is only one bathroom.

Thank you for your generous feedback! We appreciate knowing what you all enjoyed and any concerns! With the court having 1 street light at the end of the cul de sac, driveway lights were added to provide light in the evening to returning guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us! We hope to have you back on next trip this way!

Charlie and Shawn have a wonderful house! Very clean, books and pictures were very informative, they had a snack basket for us as well as extra we may have forgotten like distilled water for our c- Pap machine, toothbrush, Qtips etc. They had a large selection of k-cups and wood for a fire. We had no problems accessing the house. They repeated several times that if we needed anything, to just let them know. But, they had everything and more so we didn't need to call them. We were even spoiled with Netflix which we had never had in any house we rented before. Big thumbs up for the Herry Haus!George and Colleen
