THE BEST vacation

Caron is a gift from God! She takes pride in her rentals and truly wants her clients to have the best vacation no matter which property you rent. I have stayed in ALL of her properties and it is like coming home everytime! There is a personal touch as well as everything you need during your stay. The condos are always clean, comfortable and Caron’s decor is like no other rental! I highly recommend anything she owns! Whether you are bringing all adults or the entire family, you won’t be disappointed! Don’t pass up the best vacation spots!

Oh my goodness!! ❤️ You have absolutely made my day!! 🥰 I don't even know how to thank you for such beautiful words! Coming from someone who has stayed in ALL of my properties, this means more to me than you could ever know! You know how much of my heart I pour into these condos! I never want my guests to feel like they're just renting a place to stay. I want them to feel like they're coming to their home away from home, where memories are made and they can't wait to come back! ❤️ Thank you for loving my little pieces of paradise and for always cheering me on! I appreciate you more than you know!! Love you, sweet friend!! ❤️🌴☀️ ~~Caron

Wonderful

This was a great condo, not too high and dog friendly. The communication with the owner was wonderful, always wanted to hear if we needed anything. The amenities were great, pools were nice and clean; and personnel were always friendly. I would say the floors need a good mopping, but that was really the only negative; seriously a great condo and would definitely stay there again.

First time in PCB

I was very happy with this condo. The condo is beautiful and well furnished. The view is great too. I especially liked the master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils. The sun was very hot shining directly in the windows in the afternoon (of course we closed the curtains) but it also provided gorgeous sunsets! I would come here again.

Amazing sunsets!!!

Caron, Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with our family. This condo is as pictured. Property is older, condo is updated and nicely appointed. We were traveling with my 88 year old father, so it was great that the condo was only a few steps from the elevator. We really enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony and bedroom! Caron was a joy to work with and responded to our questions quickly!

Cleaning and plumbing problems

The condo was nice but we only had one bathroom for 4 people do to plumbing issues so it was difficult to stay on track with scheduled activities the condo wasn't as clean as it should have been for the price if they clean the 2 nd bathroom properly the would of known the bathtub wasn't draining. I feel she should have gave upa small discount for the inconvenience by all and all we still had a very nice time

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. No other guest before your stay had mentioned any plumbing or cleaning issues. After you brought this to my attention, I scheduled a service appointment with Royal Flush Plumbing of Panama City Beach (a very reputable company) who came out and made all necessary repairs. Housekeeping would have also been happy to come out and do a re-clean of the condo for you. It is always my #1 goal to have a satisfied traveler. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Thank you for Booking with Caron's Condos PCB. ~~Caron Davis, Owner/Manager
