Welcome to your next summer vacation spot. Our Ocean City ground-level condo offers plenty of amenities and a convenient location close to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, but without the noise and traffic. The condo is in a beautiful award-winning 96-unit condominium community oasis. The unit is ideally located just steps to the community pool and peaceful courtyard.

The two-bedroom, one-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to seven guests. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom (all new master bedroom furniture in 2022) and two twin beds and a trundle hide-away bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living space for more options.

The unit also offers free Wi-Fi, smart flat-screen TV, washer/dryer, and most cooking paraphernalia for a summer-time feast. Or, if you are looking for a night out, we are just a few blocks to Coastal Highway where you'll find food, games, and nightlife for everyone's taste.

Recent improvements include replacement of all carpet with beautiful luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new dishwasher and washer/dryer, new AC unit and a completely renovated bathroom.

We require at least one renter be 25 years of age or more and remain there during the entire stay.

Although we came for a concert that was cancelled due to weather (2026 Oceans Calling) we made the most of it by spending a rainy weekend in OC. The location as great, a quiet place walking distance to lots of fun. Communication was excellent and there was plenty of space for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first vacation with just my daughter and my sister and we had an incredible time, it felt like home away from home. We had more than enough space for all three of us, very clean, very safe and made traveling with a child way less stressful. The location is great and near all the activities and sites to see definitely would stay again. Wonderful first experience

We have rented condos for family vacations in the past but Michael's condo was the best by far!!! Super clean, close to everything, pool was literally steps out of the condo and beds were very comfy. Kitchen was small but we managed. Thanks, Michael, for being a gracious host and for allowing my family to have "the best vacation ever"!!

The condo unit was clean. The pool was nice however the hours it was open was limited. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The unit was in a great location, it was close to the beginning of the boardwalk with lots of things to do nearby.

This two bedroom apartment suited our family well for this family visit to Ocean City. Things we loved about the apartment were access to the pool, quiet Neighbourhood, (which was especially helpful on Fourth of July weekend), comfortable beds, and convenient location. We went to the boardwalk, we went north to visit with relatives at 124th St., this location was in the middle. The host was really responsive to the couple of problems we had initially and worked hard to make us happy. We are glad we booked this place and found it good value.

Nice condo about a 5 minute walk to beach boardwalk. Close to restaurants and other activities. Clean Condo good for small family. Would stay here again. Host is very responsive

Ocean City Family Get Away

I booked this Condo for my son and I. The Condominium was clean, and convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner was easy to get in contact with, and booking was easy. Quite and peaceful at night after long days out.

This is a well kept space that is just far enough away from the chaos, yet close enough to access all the fun. Clean, access to a pool, easy parking ..We slept 7 comfortably!

Great accommodations!

This was our first stay at this property and it was such a pleasure to stay in this unit! The pictures are very accurate to what you see when you get there! The price for this rental is very reasonable. And the owners are great to work with. We highly recommend this unit!

Gullway villas

My family vacation went great awesome location quite neighborhood but still in the heart of everything. Michael was very quick with responding made everything easier. The condo was very clean and perfect size for us. Would definitely stay again

Great place!

The place itself was absolutely amazing! The owner was prompt with greeting for check-in and checkout through messaging. The pool manager was the coolest ever! All the neighbors were above expectations! The cleaning help could have done better but not worthy of complaint! Lovely lovely place! I’ll definitely stay again

We had a great stay, the location was 10min from the beach, apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary basics. Washer and dryer are super helpful.There are Beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the storage.The only one item that was a bit not super great was the noise of the hvac unit turning on, but once asleep it’s fine.

Vacation with granddaughters

The property owner was so helpful. The condo was cute and cozy. The pool was nice and relaxing however I was hoping it would stay open later. Overall we had a very nice time. Thanks Michael!

Thanks Diane, so glad you enjoyed the accommodations. Having the pool stay open later is an ongoing challenge for the community in terms of finding help. Later in the summer a few owners serve as volunteer lifeguards to keep it open later. Hopefully you can return again when those later hours are in effect.
